と、燃料カツト継続時間が所定値以上であるか判
別するタイマ手段と、上記継続時間が所定値以上
のときに燃料カツト終了後Ｏ２センサの活性化が
検出されるまで上記選択手段にオープンループ制
御を指示する第２クランプ手段とを備えてなる内
