出させてメッキするメッキ装置において、前記バレルケ
ース(6)の周壁(16a)に開口(16)を設け、こ
の開口(16)をバレルケース(6)の長手方向に沿う
枢支部(17)周りで揺動する開閉自在な蓋体(15)
により閉塞すべく構成するとともに、前記蓋体(15)
に対して該蓋体(15)を閉塞維持するロック維持機構
(A)を設け、前記蓋体(15)の開閉指令に基づいて
蓋体(15)のロックを自動的に解除するロック解除装
置(25)を設けてあることを特徴とするメッキ装置に

蓋体(15)のロックを自動的に解除するロック解除装
置(25)を設け、このロック解除装置(25)により
前記蓋体(15)のロックを外して、バレルケース(6
)の回転に伴つて前記開口(16)が下方位置にきたと
きにメッキ処理物を自重排出し、開口(16)が上方位
置にきたときに、被処理物を投入した後、前記蓋体(1
5)を自動的に閉塞して、ロック作動装置(26)によ
りロックすべく構成してあることを特徴とするメッキ装
置におけるバレルの自動蓋開閉装置。
