記突出部に取り付けられ、さらに、上記操作部材
が筒体の先端から遠ざかる方向へ移動するように
この操作部材を回転させたときに、この操作部材
に当接してその移動を阻止する当たり面が上記ス
タンド本体に設けられているとともに、上記操作
部材が筒体の先端に近付く方向へ移動するように
この操作部材を回転させたときに、この操作部材
