The steel wire is cut to a predetermined length and made into a core wire.
The wires are continuously fed one by one to a coating machine at high speed to coat the periphery of the core wire with a coating agent, and undergo edge treatment, drying, etc. to form a product. A device for supplying the core wire to the coating machine is shown in FIGS. 1a and 1b. In this figure, 1 is a hopper into which a large number of welding core wires are inserted.
There is a slit at the bottom of the hopper that allows the core wires to descend one by one, and two guide rods on both sides of the slit.
is provided, and a large number of core wires 3 are descended in a stacked state one by one, held down on both sides by the guide rods.
Reference numeral 4 is an oscillating roller that repeatedly rotates forward and backward, and a part of its circumferential surface is inside the hopper as shown in Fig. 1b to promote the core wires to enter the slits one by one. do. Reference numeral 5 denotes a pair of umbrella-shaped rollers provided on both sides of the front part (on the coating machine side) of the lowermost core wire, and 6 is a core wire support roller provided at the lower part of the rear part of the concentric wire.
The lowest part of the group of core wires in the guide rod section is held and driven by umbrella-shaped rollers rotating at high speed, enters the guide tube 7, and is fed to the coating machine 9 through the V-groove roller 8 and the guide tube. be done.

もある。 However, when the above-mentioned conventional feeding device is used for a long time, the surface of the knurled umbrella-shaped roller wears out, causing trouble in feeding the core wire, and often requires replacement. Furthermore, if the core wire that precedes the umbrella roller gets stuck, there is a risk that the core wire will be cut and damaged by the knurled surface.

である。 The purpose of the present invention is to feed the above-mentioned stacked cores horizontally without using umbrella-shaped rollers, which have many problems in the past, and to feed the cores reliably and smoothly without damaging the cores. It is a point. That is,
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention lowers the core wires stacked in a line between the guides at the bottom of the hopper, and moves the lowest core wire in the horizontal direction to the coating machine. In a wire feeding device that continuously feeds one core at a time, a rotating body is provided with a means for striking the rear end surface of the lowermost core at regular intervals;
A structural feature of the hopper is that it is installed below the hopper, and the rear ends of the core wires that are successively lowered by the rotation of the rotating body are struck one by one to move them forward.
以下本考案の実施例を図面に基いて説明する。 Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

The present invention is characterized in that, in place of the umbrella-shaped roller shown in FIG. 1, a means for applying striking (collision force) to the rear end of the core wire is installed. That is, as shown in the figure, the rotating body 11 is disposed directly below the guide rod 2 connected to the lower part of the hopper 1 for storing the cord, and so that its axis is perpendicular to the cord at a position near the rear end of the cord. The rotating body 11
A protrusion 12 is formed on the outer periphery of the core to contact the rear end surface of the core wire (see FIG. 3). The shaft of the rotating body 11 is connected to a DC motor 13 via a bearing, and rotated at a desired rotation speed.

に限らず複数個でもよい。 As shown in FIG. 3, the protrusion 12 of the rotary body 11 collides with the rear end surface of only the lowest core wire 3a of the descending core wire group in a state of vertical contact and sends it out. , its upper limit position is the lowest core wire 3a
Although the diameter of the core wire 3a must not be exceeded, it is necessary to have a contact stroke amount that is sufficient to provide sufficient propulsion force to the core wire 3a. Although the illustrated protrusion 12 is integrally formed as a part of the outer circumference of the rotating body 11, other suitable shapes, such as protrusions or protrusions, may be fixed to the outer circumference of the rotating body to secure the rear end of the core wire. It may be configured so that it can be struck. Further, the number of protrusions 12 on the rotating body is not limited to one, but may be plural.

It is designed to be able to slide. In this case, bearings, motors, etc. also move.
In addition, the pulley of the rotating body 11 and the feed roller 8
It is desirable that the two pulleys be connected by a belt and driven by the same drive source at a predetermined speed ratio (usually the speed of the rotating body is faster). Further, in the present invention, it is preferable to provide at least two horizontal support rollers 6 for supporting the lowermost core wire in order to stably hold the front and rear portions of the core wire.

The rear end is struck by the protrusion 12 and it moves forward, and is continuously fed to the coating machine by the feed roller 8 through the guide tube 7.

Also, since the rear end of the core wire is directly struck and pushed out, there is no risk of error in feeding.
