Conventionally, electric pots that use air pressure have a heating element fixed to the outer periphery of an inner container surrounded by an outer case, a draining member attached to the top of the outer case, and an inner stopper removably attached to the central opening of the draining member. Then, a top cover with a built-in bellows pump is attached to the upper end of the draining member so that it can be opened and closed, and the air outlet of the bellows pump and the air circulation part of the inner stopper are connected through a rubber valve fitted to the air outlet of the bellows pump. The compressed air in the bellows pump is supplied into the inner container through the air circulation part of the inner stopper by the pressure of the bellows pump.
The liquid in the inner container is discharged to the outside of the pot body through the pumping pipe, the liquid distribution part in the inner stopper, and the discharge pipe.In this type of pot, the lower end surface of the rubber valve that comes into contact with the top surface of the inner stopper expands outward. The elasticity of the rubber valve is severely weakened during long-term use, creating a gap between the rubber valve and the top surface of the inner plug, causing steam to constantly pass between the top surface of the inner plug and the rubber valve. In order for the compressed air inside to escape through this gap, the discharge amount had to be drastically reduced.

The present invention has been devised in view of the above points, and it is an object of the present invention to provide an electric pot using pneumatic pressure that can maintain a desired discharge amount without air leakage even during long-term use.

According to the present invention, a hanging rib is provided on the outer periphery of the lower end of the central opening of the lower lid, an annular groove on the outer periphery into which the central opening of the lower lid is fitted into the upper part of the rubber valve, and an inner groove into which the lower end opening of the bellows pump is fitted and locked. A cylindrical body portion having a circumferential annular groove is provided, and a flat upper surface portion extending from the outer periphery of the lower end of the cylindrical body abuts the lower surface between the central opening of the lower lid and the annular hanging rib, and the flat upper surface portion is provided. The bellows-shaped abdomen extending from the tip of the inner plug contacts the inner periphery of the annular hanging rib of the lower lid, and the flat lower part extending inward from the lower end of the abdomen contacts the outer periphery of the upper end of the air circulation part on the upper surface of the inner plug. It attempts to achieve its purpose through configuration alone.

In this invention, since the flat part of the bottom surface of the rubber valve faces inward and contacts the top surface of the inner plug, even if the rubber valve is pushed outward by the steam inside the inner container, it will not reach the top surface of the inner plug. There is no gap created by separating the lower flat portion of the rubber valve, and the desired discharge amount can be obtained even during long-term use without air leakage as the valve is always in close contact with the flat portion of the rubber valve.

Furthermore, since the abdomen of the rubber valve is shaped like a bellows with high elasticity, even if the elasticity of the material of the rubber valve deteriorates due to the steam inside the inner container, the elastic effect of the bellows will not be hindered. Therefore, even during long-term use, the pressing force of the bellows pump can be directly used to suck up the liquid in the inner container, and the desired discharge amount can be reliably maintained.
