ム弁を嵌合して、ゴム弁内にベローズポンプの空
気排出口を挿通し、ベローズポンプの押圧によつ
てベローズポンプ内の圧縮空気を中栓内空気流通
部を介して内容器内に供給し、内容器内の液体を
揚水パイプ、中栓内液体流通部及び吐出パイプを
経てポツト外部に吐出する空気圧利用の電気ポツ
トに於いて、上記下蓋の中央開口の下端外周に環
状の垂下リブを設けると共に、ゴム弁の上部に下
蓋の中央開口を嵌め込む外周の環状溝と、ベロー
ズポンプの下端開口を嵌め込み係止する内周環状
の溝とを有する筒体部を設け、この筒体部の下端
外周より延設した上面平坦部を下蓋の中央開口と
環状垂下リブとの間の下面に当接し、上面平坦部
先端より延設した蛇腹状の腹部を下蓋の環状垂下
リブ内周に当接し、腹部の下端より内側に向けて
延びた平面平坦部を中栓上面の空気流通部上端外
