釦スイツチを例に示すものである。図において1

スイツチの枠体で開放端にはプリント配線基板等
への取付け足3−1が基部3−2から下方に突出
している。取付け足3−1の先端部には略菱形に
形成された係合部3−3が設けてある。4は前記
スイツチ枠体3の開放端に固着された絶縁基板で
複数個の固定接片5の接続用端子5−1が下方に
突出して植設されている。絶縁基板4と枠体3と
からなる中空部には下面に前記固定接片5と摺動
して回路を切換える可動接片(図示せず)を保持
したスライダー6がコイルばね7によつて前方に
付勢され摺動自在に配設されている。そして前記
コイルばね7の弾性力に抗して操作レバー2を押
込むことによつて可動接片が固定接片5と摺接し
て移動し、スイツチ回路の切換えが行なわれる。
8は所定の電子部品を組込むプリント配線基板
で、8−1は前記基板に設けたスイツチ本体1の
接続用端子5−1の挿入孔、8−2は取付け足3
−1の取付け孔である。第2図a,bは前記スイ
ツチ本体1をプリント配線基板8に取付けた状態
を示す図である。取付け足3−1の高さ方向の長
さ寸法は使用される配線基板8の板厚寸法に対応
してプリント基板8が基部3−2と係合部3−3
の間に位置する寸法に定めてある。前記係合部3
−3の菱形巾方向の寸法は取付け孔8−2の直径
よりやゝ大きい寸法とし、取付け足3−1を取付
け孔8−2に圧入、スナツプインで取付けられる
ようになつている。このような従来の取付け足の
構造では、使用されるプリント配線基板の板厚寸
法が異なるとその都度前記スイツチの取付け足の
高さ方向の長さ寸法をそれに合つたものを用意し
なければならず、電子部品の品種の数が増え、そ
れが電子機器の製造原価を高くするという欠点を
有していた。本考案は前記のようにこのような欠
点を解消しようとするものである。

1−3までの高さ方向の長さ寸法を各々異つた寸
法に形成する。この長さ寸法は予め使用が想定さ
れる複数のプリント配線基板の板厚寸法に対応し
て定める。そして互に対向する位置にある取付け
足11−1aと11−1bは基部11−2aから
係合部11−3aまでの高さ方向の長さ寸法と基
部11−2bから係合部11−3bまでの高さ方
向の長さ寸法が各々板厚寸法が異なる2種類のプ
リント配線基板AとBの板厚に対応して異なり取
付け足11−1aの寸法はプリント配線基板A
に、又取付け足11−1bの寸法はプリント配線
基板Bに対応させている。対角線上にある取付け
足11−1aと11−1c、及び取付け足11−
1bと11−1dとは各々同じ寸法に形成されて
いる。第4図はプリント配線基板Aに取付けた状
態を示す図で、取付け足11−1bと11−1d
はプリント配線基板Aの取付け孔A−1を貫通し
て下方に突出し、取付け足11−1aと11−1
cは係合部11−3a,11−3cがプリント配
線基板Aの下面で取付け孔A−1の下縁に係合し
て、枠体11は前記取付け足11−1aと11−
1cとによつてプリント配線基板上に挾持固着さ
れることになる。又、プリント配線基板Bに取付
ける場合は取付け足11−1bと11−1dによ
つて基板B上に挾持固着されることになり、取付
け足11−1aと11−1cは取付け穴A−1の
中間に挿嵌された状態になり抜け防止に一層効果
を発揮する。
