Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain miniaturization of a master equipment and to reduce the cost by connecting the master equipment by means of telephone and control lines so as to eliminate the need for a connection for the connection of expanded communication equipment to the master equipment. CONSTITUTION:A control line 50 connects a basic control circuit 1 of a master equipment 10 and a control circuit 5 of an expanded control circuit 20 and a telephone line 60 connects a network control circuit 3 of the equipment 10 and a switch circuit 7-0 of the circuit 20. The circuit 5 applies ON/OFF control of circuits 7-0-7-N and a current supply/call tone generating circuit 6 programmably by the command from the circuit 1, and communication equipments 9-1-9-N making communication are connected to a telephone line 40 via a telephone line 31. The connection on/off of the equipments 9-1-9-N is detected by corresponding current detection circuits 8-1-8-N and sent to the circuit 1 via the circuit 5. きる。また、拡張I/○バスインタフェースは他の用途
にも利用できる普通のインタフェースであり、特別なイ
ンタフェースを必要としない。さらに、本発明の拡張網
制御回路による規模変化は、主装置のハードウェアに影
響を及ぼさない等の効果がある。
