DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a belt-type dewatering machine and a belt dehydrator for removing clogging of a belt installed in a paper machine.
A washer using an ultrasonic vibrator is applied to the back side of the conveyed belt in the process of reversing the belt installed in the paper machine to remove various foreign particles contained in the processed material that have permeated the belt. It is something.

The belts currently installed in the above-mentioned dewatering machines and paper machines have been improved in terms of water squeezing performance, smoothness, and durability, and are designed to prevent clogging caused by various foreign particles contained in the processed material. The base fabric structure of the belt lowers water resistance, improves water permeability, and also takes into consideration non-compressibility.
However, during the operation of the above-mentioned machine, various foreign particles contained in the processed material inevitably seep into the belt during the dehydration process and cause the belt to become clogged. This will reduce the dehydration ability of the water.

Therefore, all of the above-mentioned machines are equipped with a device for removing belt clogging. A commonly used system for this purpose is to use a high-pressure shower to spray powerful water jets onto the conveying surface of the belt as it is being fed back to clean and remove the clogging of the belt. , the water jet from the high-pressure shower applies a shock to the belt surface,
This method has the drawbacks of abrasion and damage to the belt surface, shortening the service life of the belt, and consuming a large amount of cleaning water.

The present invention eliminates these drawbacks, efficiently removes various foreign particles contained in the processed material that permeates the belt, uses a small amount of water, and does not damage the belt surface, and removes the water absorbed by the belt. To provide a washer for efficient dehydration while maintaining water permeability and water permeability.

High moisture content sludge (hereinafter simply referred to as sludge) 2 dropped from the droplet 1a of the hopper 1
is conveyed by a conveyor belt 3 made of felt or other base material, and is conveyed by the belt 3 to a press top roll 4 and a press bottom roll 5.
The sludge 2 is conveyed to a compression mechanism 6 consisting of a belt 3, and water contained in the sludge 2 soaks into the belt 3 surface and flows down from the back surface of the belt 3, where water is drained. When this sludge reaches the compression mechanism 6 composed of the above-mentioned rolls 4 and 5, it is compressed by both the rolls 4 and 5, and the sludge 2 on the belt 3 is dewatered. The dewatered sludge cake adheres to the 4 surfaces of the pre-stop rolls and rotates, but is scraped off from the 4 surfaces of the pre-stop rolls by the scraping knife 7, and falls and accumulates at a predetermined location by the chute 8.

The belt 3 that has passed through the compression mechanism 6
is reversely conveyed by the press bottom roll 5 to undergo a reverse conveyance stroke, and then transitioned to a return conveyance stroke by the feed roll 9. Then, when the hopper 1 is installed, the sludge 2 is continuously dropped onto the belt 3 from the hopper drop-in port 1a as described above, but it moves to the reverse stroke and is returned by the feed roll 9. During the process leading to the reverse-feeding stroke, a preliminary washing device 10 is provided for the belt transitioning to the reverse-feeding stroke;
A squeezing device 12 is installed along with the high-pressure shower 11 to remove clogging of the belt by spraying water from the high-pressure shower 11 and to restore the water absorbency and water permeability of the belt. It is beginning to be practiced. (See Figure 1) Therefore, the water permeability of the belt 3 must be made good even during the process of transporting the sludge 2 to the location where the pre-stop rolls 4 and press bottom rolls 5 are arranged. Various pieces of impurities contained in the sludge 2 placed on the sludge 2 mix with the water drained from the sludge 2 and permeate into the belt 3. In particular, when the sludge 2 placed on the belt 3 passes between the pre-stop roll 4 and the press bottom roll 5, the sludge 2 placed on the belt 3 is compressed by the compression action of both rolls 4 and 5.
As the sludge is dehydrated, various impurities contained in the sludge mix with the water squeezed out by compression by the rolls 4 and 5 and seep into the belt 3, causing the belt 3 to become clogged. When this belt is returned as it is and transferred to the return conveyance process using the feed rolls, it is easy to imagine that the dewatering efficiency will decrease, and in order to prevent this decrease in efficiency, currently the above-mentioned methods are mainly used. According to the above-mentioned method, clogging of the belt is removed by washing, but this method is accompanied by the above-mentioned drawbacks.

The electrical connection 21a of the washer is connected to an ultrasonic power source (not shown) through a circuit, and the water supply pipe 24 of the washer is connected to a water supply device (not shown) by a pipe or hose 24a. When the dehydrator is driven, the belt 3 stretched over the dehydrator is conveyed and rotated, and the washer according to the present invention is also energized and vibrates, and at the same time, water is supplied. The bottom surface 25a of the horn 25 of the washer is passed through the nozzle 23 branched from the water supply pipe 24.
Water vibrated by ultrasonic waves is sprayed from a large number of water fountain holes 23a formed in the water fountain.

Under this condition, the belt 3 on which the sludge 2 has been dehydrated is transferred back to the pre-washing device 10.
The water is discharged and permeates into the belt 3. After that, the location where the washer according to the present invention is placed is reached, but since the washer according to the present invention is operating as described above, the belt 3 is attached to the horn 25 of the washer according to the present invention. When passing under the bottom surface 25a, the belt 3
The back surface of the washer comes into surface contact with the bottom surface 25a of the horn 25 of the washer to generate ultrasonic vibrations, and at the same time, the water given the ultrasonic vibrations is ejected from the bottom surface 25a of the horn 25 of the washer according to the present invention. be done. belt 3
As is well known, belts are made by combining porous water-absorbing base materials such as woven fabrics, non-woven fabrics, and felts, and clogging of the belt is caused by various miscellaneous pieces contained in the sludge forming the belt base material. non-woven felt texture,
It is adhering through the mesh or micropores. The present invention applies ultrasonic vibration to this belt base material to remove various foreign particles contained in the sludge that are clogged in the texture, mesh, or micropores of the belt base material. At the same time, the jet water applied with ultrasonic vibrations is sprayed onto the various debris clogged in the textures, meshes, or micropores as well as the various debris clogged in these, so that the belt base material can be efficiently removed from the belt base material. The above-mentioned debris clogged in the weave, mesh, or fine pores can flow down.

Therefore, since the belt base material is not injected with a powerful jet of water from a high-pressure shower as conventionally done, the belt base material will not be damaged. The belt that has undergone this washing process is passed through a squeezing device in the conventional manner to remove the washing water, and is conveyed to a feed roll for return conveyance.

Although the above description has been made using a dehydrator as an example, it goes without saying that the present invention is also applicable to cleaning belts installed in a paper machine. Further, when the washer according to the present invention is small-sized, the washer can be installed at the location of the dehydrator or paper machine where the washer is arranged so as to be able to slide repeatedly across the width direction of the belt. All you have to do is wash the belt.
