However, when constructing a partial basement under an existing above-ground building, there are restrictions due to the eave height and ceiling height of the above-ground building. There are disadvantages in that it is difficult to drive long piles when carrying out pile-up work, and it is also difficult to remove the piles after retaining the piles.
In addition, there is a problem that the above-ground building may tilt when removing earth and sand from beneath the above-ground building to create a basement space, and therefore, in effect, the portion beneath the existing above-ground building may be tilted. Therefore, it was difficult to construct a basement.

゛ [Object of the Invention] The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and it is possible to easily drive piles when performing pile retaining work, and to remove the piles after the pile retaining work. In addition, there is no risk that the above-ground building will tilt when removing earth and sand under the above-ground building to form a basement space, and it is easy to partially construct a basement under an existing above-ground building. The purpose of this invention is to provide a method for constructing a basement that can be constructed in the following manner.

In addition to supporting the framework personnel 6 such as large pullers and pillars, the counter panels, scaffolding boards, keystone plates, and deck plates are installed between the adjacent counters 4.4 while removing the earth and sand inside the counters 4.4. A basement space 8 is formed by fitting and tensioning a retaining plate 7 made of a metal plate 7, etc., and a ceiling panel 9 is fixed to the ceiling surface of the basement space 8, a wall panel 10 is fixed to the wall surface part, and a floor panel 11 is fixed to the floor surface of the basement space 8. , relates to a method of constructing a basement characterized by forming a basement by installing a basement. In addition, in the above-mentioned present invention, a plurality of piles 4.4
When adding ,... in sequence, use columns made of steel such as H-shaped steel, U-shaped steel, steel pipes, etc. with a resistance of 4.4, etc., and adjust the length of the steel columns. In order not to be restricted by the eave height and ceiling height of building 1 above ground, the resistance 4.4 is cut shorter than the eave height and ceiling height dimensions.

As mentioned above, the present invention eliminates the floor of the above-ground building;
A plurality of pile insertion holes are drilled in the ground in the removed area, and a plurality of resistors are successively inserted into the pile insertion holes, and an upper beam material is interposed between the upper ends of the opposing piles to connect them. The upper beam supports the framework of the above-ground building, and the earth and sand inside the piles are removed while retaining plates are placed between adjacent piles to form a basement space. Furthermore, since the basement is formed by installing a ceiling panel on the ceiling, a wall panel on the wall, and a floor panel on the floor, when excavating the basement space, it is necessary to drive stakes and secure the pile. When doing this, in order to avoid being restricted by the height of the eaves and ceiling of the above-ground building, the piles can be divided into multiple pieces and brought to the location where the basement will be formed in the above-ground building. It can be easily driven in, and it can be used as a framework material for basement columns, beams, etc. by interposing the upper beam material between the upper ends of the contact columns, and there is no need to remove the columns. In addition, when removing earth and sand under the above-ground building to form a basement space, the above-mentioned upper beam can support the above-ground building while forming the basement space;
There is no risk that the above-ground building will tilt, and a partial basement can be easily constructed under an existing above-ground building.
