The perspective view shown in FIG. 5 shows only the main parts of the packaging device, and in this conventional device, a single horizontally long rectangular parallelepiped article 12 shown in FIG.
Although it is possible to package items according to the packaging order shown in the figure, it is impossible to package a plurality of articles 2 arranged side by side as shown in Figure 1A. The reason for this is that the lined articles 2 collapse during the packaging process, and this is because the conventional packaging apparatus has a structure that makes it impossible to wrap the lined articles 2. This will be explained using the conventional apparatus shown in FIG.

Five articles 2 arranged side by side are fed onto the presser 3, the wrapping paper 1 is placed on top of them, and the upper presser 11 is lowered to form the wrapping paper 1 and the lined up articles 2 as shown in FIG. When the push-up tool 3 is inserted between the molding frames 18' and 18'', the molding frames 18' and 18'' are passed between the guide plates 16' and 16'' and stopped above the square holes 15, resulting in the form shown in FIG. The horizontal folding plates 9, 9 are folded toward the bottom of the article 2 to fold and support the wrapping paper pieces of the articles 2 at both ends, and then when the push-up tool 3 descends, the three objects 2 in the center are 5 descended and lined up with
The articles 2 collapse and become impossible to package. For this reason, in the conventional device, the articles 2 are arranged on a mount 20 having the same area as the articles 2 arranged as shown in FIG. However, even if the push-up tool 3 is lowered after folding and supporting both ends of the lower surface of the mount 20 with both horizontally folding plates 9, 9, the articles 2 arranged on the mount 20 will not remain on the mount 20.
Because it is supported by the packaging, the packaging can be completed without collapsing or falling.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The overwrapping packaging device of the present invention, which arranges and packages loose items in a line, supplies articles to be packaged in a line on a push-up tool, and places wrapping paper on the articles. When the wrapping paper and the article are stopped slightly above the square hole by passing through the square hole of the forming frame, the upper presser and the upper presser are raised. After activating a pair of horizontal folding plates and a bottom folding plate that move horizontally from three sides along the bottom surface of the product, it moves to the other one and heat seals the overlapping surface of the wrapping paper on the bottom surface of the product to form a horizontally long rectangular parallelepiped shape. In a packaging device for overwrapping, the forming frame has a pair of side plates that face each other so as to be retractable into the square hole, and the upper end of one of the side plates supports an article stopped above the square hole. The height of the other side plate is uniform, and the upper end of the other side plate has at least one protrusion corresponding to each article except for the articles at both ends, and has a height that supports each corresponding article, and the bottom folding plate teeth,
The tip is provided with a tooth-shaped protrusion that enters between the protrusions of the other side plate.

(Function) A plurality of articles are fed in a line between a pair of movable side plates. Then, the wrapping paper is supplied on top of it, and the upper presser descends from above to press the wrapping paper. Next, the push-up tool and the upper presser move up while sandwiching the article and the wrapping paper, pass the article through the square hole of the forming frame, and stop the article slightly above the square hole. The side plate opens at the top while the article is passing through, and closes to support the bottom surface of the article after passing, pressing both edges of the wrapping paper, and this holding state is maintained even when the pusher and upper presser move back. . For this reason, multiple items can be wrapped in the wrapping paper in a cylindrical shape without falling apart, so that the three hanging edges of the wrapping paper can be wrapped around the items by the pair of horizontal folding plates and the bottom folding plate. Folded along the bottom surface.

(Effects) As explained above, the overwrapping device of the present invention for arranging and packaging loose items in a line ties together a plurality of loose items in a line and supports these items during the packaging process. A molding frame having a pair of opposing side plates that can escape so as to widen the gap is provided, the upper end of the side plate supports the bottom surface of the article, the tip of the bottom folding plate is shaped like a tooth, and one side plate corresponding to the forming frame is provided. Since the upper end is shaped like a tooth to avoid interference and compensates for the folding movement of the bottom folding plate, it is possible to overwrap items that are tied together in a row into a rectangular parallelepiped shape without collapsing during the packaging process. Furthermore, there is no longer a need for a mount on the bottom of the article, reducing packaging costs and saving time when supplying the article.

The articles to be packaged are lined up and fed onto the pusher, the wrapping paper is fed onto the articles, the top is pressed down with the upper presser, the pusher and the upper presser are raised, and the forming frame is opened. When the wrapping paper and the article are passed through the square hole and stopped slightly above the square hole, a pair of horizontal folding plates and a bottom folding plate that move horizontally from three sides along the bottom surface of the article are activated, and then the remaining paper is stopped. In the packaging device, the molding frame has a pair of opposing side plates that can be retracted into the rectangular hole, and the forming frame moves to one side of the packaging paper and heat-seals the overlapping surface of the wrapping paper on the lower surface of the article, thereby overwrapping the article into a horizontally long rectangular parallelepiped shape. The upper end of one side plate has a uniform height to support the articles stopped above the square hole, and the upper end of the other side plate has a height corresponding to each article except the articles at both ends. Each of the bottom folding plates has at least one protrusion at a height to support a corresponding article, and the bottom folding plate has a tooth-shaped protrusion at its tip that intrudes between the protrusions on the other side plate. Features: Overwrapping equipment that lines up loose items in a row and wraps them.
