Conventional pot-type combustion equipment supplies oil in a liquid state to the inner bottom of the pot, ignites it, and burns it. After ignition, the oil's own combustion heat is used to promote vaporization of the oil, thereby reducing the amount burned. configured to increase. These pot-type combustion devices have the advantage of a wide combustion range, but on the other hand, because the heat capacity of the vaporization section is large, it usually takes several minutes for the temperature at the bottom of the pot, which plays the role of evaporating the oil, to stabilize. However, it is difficult to shorten the time, and therefore there is a disadvantage that it takes a relatively long time from ignition to stable combustion.

According to the present invention, in an oil combustor in which a combustion chamber is provided above a bottomed pot and oil and air are sent into the pot for combustion, a hollow chamber is disposed close to and opposite to the inner bottom surface of the bottomed pot. It is equipped with a cylindrical ceramic heater and a nozzle for supplying oil into the interior of the ceramic heater, and a through hole for supplying combustion air is provided on the side surface of the bottomed pot, and the ceramic heater is used for vaporizing oil. In addition, a vaporizing pot type combustion device is obtained, which is characterized in that the ignition means is used as an ignition means.

The vaporizing pot-type combustion device of the present invention sprays petroleum from a nozzle, accelerates vaporization with a ceramic heater, and supplies it into the pot for combustion, so it takes a long time from ignition to stable combustion. The time required to extinguish the fire can be reduced significantly, and the amount of time it takes to extinguish a fire can also be reduced since oil does not remain in liquid form inside the pot. In addition, since the ceramic heater used as a means of vaporizing and igniting oil is located far from the inner bottom of the bottomed pot, the rapid heat rise characteristic of the heater alone can be used as is, without considering the heat capacity of other parts such as the pot. Therefore, the time until ignition can be shortened.

FIG. 1 shows a schematic configuration of an embodiment of a vaporizing pot type combustion apparatus according to the present invention. A pot burner 2 is provided inside the device main body 1. This pot burner 2 is the same as the conventional pot-type combustion apparatus in that a flame stabilizing plate 4 is provided on the inner upper part of the bottomed pot 3. Further, the side wall of the bottomed pot 3 is provided with a primary air hole 5 and a secondary air hole 6. It is designed to flow into the inside of the pot 3 through the.

Furthermore, a hollow cylindrical ceramic heater 9 is attached to the holes penetrating the apparatus bodies 1 and 3 from the side through heater attachment plugs 8 that serve as insulators.
This ceramic heater 9 is inserted into the inside of the pot 3 and is a little apart from the inner bottom surface of the pot 3. Thus, ceramic heater 9
is substantially thermally and electrically isolated from the device main body 1 and the pot.

The ceramic heater 9 also has a heat generating element 11 made of a tungsten pattern or the like on its outer periphery. External heater power can be supplied to the heat generating element 11 through an electric cord 12.

A nozzle 13 is inserted into the cylindrical ceramic heater 9, leaving a gap 14 around it. The tip of the nozzle 13 is located in the middle of the ceramic heater 9. Kerosene supplied by an external electromagnetic pump 15 is spouted from the tip of this nozzle 13. Also nozzle 13

The kerosene sprayed from the nozzle 13 in this way is promoted to vaporize by the heat of the ceramic heater 9.
It is also supplied into the pot 3 together with the air flowing in through the gap 14. The vaporized fuel flowing into the pot 3 rises while being mixed with the primary air from the primary air hole 5, and further comes into contact with the secondary air from the secondary air hole 6 and burns. Incidentally, ignition is also performed by the ceramic heater 9.

Since kerosene is thus supplied into the pot 3 as a vaporized fuel, the time from ignition to stable combustion is significantly shortened, and the fire can be extinguished easily and quickly. Furthermore, since the ceramic heater 9 is separated not only electrically but also thermally from the device main body 1 and the pot 3, the temperature of the ceramic heater 9 increases rapidly when electricity is applied to the heat generating element 11. Ignition can also be done in a short time.

Note that the shape of the ceramic heater 9 is not limited to a cylindrical shape, and may be a rectangular tube shape.
