ートリツジフイルターの改良に関するものであ

ら、浄水器の構造が複雑化し、大型化するという

とによつて浄水器の構造の簡略化、小型化を計る
と共に効率よく操作できる着脱自在なカートリツ
ジフイルターを提供するにある。本考案は、通水
穴を有する円筒状中空中芯(なかしん)に円筒型
繊維状活性炭構造体が巻着されたものであつて、
該構造体の外側または/および内側に補強体が配
設され、さらに該構造体の外側にネツトが設けら
れてなる着脱自在の浄水器用カートリツジフイル
ターである。本考案を図面にもとづき説明する。
第1図はカートリツジフイルターの全体斜視図、
第2図はカートリツジフイルターの断面図、第3
図は第2図の部分拡大図である。第4図は浄水器
の全体図であり、第5図はカートリツジフイルタ
ーを装着したときの状態を示す浄水器の断面図で
ある。図中1はキヤツプ、2はフイルター、3は
補強体、4はネツト、5は中芯、6はパツキング
を示す。キヤツプ1およびパツキング6はフイル
ター2、補強体3、ネツト4および中芯5を接合
材にて接着結合してカートリツジのシール化を行
う。そのうちのキヤツプ1は金属製または合成樹
脂製のもの、パツキング6は柔軟性を有するたと
えば合成ゴム製、合成樹脂製のものが使用でき
る。フイルター2は繊維状活性炭を使用する。補
強体3はフイルター2を補強するためのたとえば
合成樹脂製の紙、不織布が使用できる。ネツト4
はフイルター2および補強体3の変形を防止する
ためのたとえば金属製または合成樹脂製のネツト
が使用できる。中芯5は水圧によるフイルター2
および補強体3の内部への膨張を防止するための
通水穴10を設けた、たとえば金属製または合成
樹脂製からなる骨格構造材である。浄水器は雄ね
じを設けた蓋7、雌ねじを設けた胴体8およびカ
ートリツジフイルターの保持台9からなつてい

に金属イオンたとえば銀イオン処理したものを使
用すると水中に存在するたとえば大腸菌などを殺

し、ニードルパンチのような方法で結合固定化し
