Conventionally, as a means for raking sludge from a large number of sedimentation tanks installed in parallel, the sludge is moved along traveling rails provided along the longitudinal direction of the settling tanks to collect the sludge, and a system is installed perpendicularly to the sludge at the pond edge. A girder-shaped sludge scraper is used, which is transferred to a horizontal rail and moved across the adjacent pond. In this case, when the sludge scraper transfers from the traveling rail to the traversing rail, it is necessary to stop it at a predetermined position and to correct the skew.
As shown in the publication, cylinders are provided on the left and right sides of the running tip of the girder body, and stoppers are provided on the ground side against which the piston rods of the cylinders come into contact, so that the sludge scraper overruns and stops from a predetermined stopping position. means for adjusting the position and simultaneously correcting the skew by extending the piston rod and pressing it against the stopper, and returning the girder body to a predetermined traverse reference position by extending the piston rod by a constant stroke; A concave concave seat is provided at a predetermined position on the ground side, a conical insertion member that fits the girder body is provided, and the insertion member is inserted with a cylinder to correct the position and skew. is taken.

The former has a simple structure, but since the piston rod is pressed against the stopper to cause the girder to go back, there is a risk that the girder body may go past a predetermined position due to inertia during the go-around, and there is a problem with reliability. Furthermore, the latter structure has problems such as the installation accuracy of the catch, processing technology, and sedimentation of earth and sand within the catch.

The above-mentioned traversal transition position regulating means 30 are arranged on both sides of the girder main body 1 in the traveling direction along the traveling rail 2 (hereinafter simply referred to as the traveling direction, and the transition direction along the traversing rail 4 is referred to as the traversing direction). It consists of cylinders 31, 31' provided on the pond bed, and stop members 32, 32' provided on the pond bed and facing the respective cylinders 31, 31', and the cylinders 31, 31' are supported by pins 33, 33', respectively. The piston rods 36, 36' are suspended diagonally outward, and the cylinders 31, 31' abut against the receiving fittings 34, 34' attached to the girder 1 to prevent further drooping.
Tip fittings 37, 37' are attached to the tips of the two, respectively. The stop members 32, 32' consist of stoppers 38, 38' provided at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the girder main body 1, and base plates 39, 39' of appropriate length that support the stoppers. , 38' are set to such a height that when the piston rods 36, 36' are retracted, the end fittings 37, 37' can freely pass through when the girder main body 1 travels.
is installed at a position where the end fittings 37, 37' are abutted and supported when the girder main body 1 stops at the traverse reference position and when the piston rods 36, 36' are extended by a predetermined length. The traveling transition position regulating means 20 includes a pair of cylinders 21 and 21' provided along the transverse direction of the girder main body 1;
The stop members 22 and 22' are provided on the pond bed, and these stop members 22 and 22' are provided on the pond bed, and these stop members 22 and 22' are provided on the pond bed.
0, the cylinders 21, 21' have pins 23,
The cylinders 21, 21' are pivotally supported by the piston rods 23', and the cylinders 21, 21' come into contact with the receiving metal fittings 24, 24' provided on the girder 1 to restrict drooping, and the piston rods 26, 2
End fittings 27, 27' are attached to the ends of the ends of the ends 6', respectively. The stop members 22, 22' are composed of stoppers 28, 28' and base plates 29, 29' of appropriate length for supporting the stoppers.
The height of the stopper 28, 28' is the same as that of the piston rod 2.
The height is set to allow the end fittings 27, 27' to pass when the girder main body 1 moves laterally with the girder main body 1 retracted, and the installation positions of both stoppers 28, 28' are set so that the girder main body 1 is on the running rail 2. Piston rod 2 at the travel reference position suitable for transfer.
The end fittings 27 and 27' are provided at positions where the end fittings 27 and 27' are abutted and supported when the tips 6 and 26' are respectively extended to a predetermined length.

Normally, each piston rod 26, 26' and 36,
36' is retracted, and the girder body 1 can move freely on the running rail 2 and the traversing rail 4. In this state, for example, when the girder body 1 is on the traveling rail 2, in order to transfer it onto the traversing rail 4, the girder body 1 is moved and stopped near the traversing reference position. Next, by operating the cylinders 31, 31' and extending the piston rods 36, 36', the end fittings 37, 37' first contact the base plates 39, 39', slide thereon and move to the stoppers 38, 38'. be done. In this case, the girder body can be moved either forward or backward from the traversing reference position, for example, at the stopper 38.
When the piston rod 36 is stopped at the side, the end fitting 37 comes into contact with the stopper 38 by extending the piston rod 36 by a predetermined length, and the girder body 1 is moved by the reaction force, and the other piston rod 36' is also extended by a predetermined length. As a result, the girder body 1 is maintained at a predetermined traversing reference position. This operation is performed on both sides of the girder body, thus also correcting the skew. In this case, the running wheels 3 are connected to the drive shaft 6.
are connected to each other via a slip device 8, and are allowed to rotate independently, although they receive some resistance from the slip device 8.

Next, the traversing wheels 5 are lowered by appropriate means and placed on the traversing rails 4, and at the same time, the traveling wheels 3 are lifted up and the girder body 1 is allowed to traverse along the traversing rails 4. After the operation is completed, the piston rods 36, 36' are retracted and the cylinders 31, 3
1' is supported by brackets 34, 34'.

When the girder main body 1 traverses along the traverse rail 4 and reaches an adjacent sedimentation pond, it is stopped near the predetermined traveling reference position. Next, the cylinders 21 and 21' of the traveling transition position regulating means 20 are operated, and the end fittings 27 and 27 are attached to the stop members 22 and 22'.
27' are brought into contact with each other, the traveling reference position is corrected and maintained in the same way as the traversing transition position regulating means 30, and by pulling up the traversing wheels 5, the traveling wheels 3 are placed on the traveling rail 2, and the piston rods 26, 27' are brought into contact with each other. 26' is pulled in and the cylinders 21, 2
1' is supported by receiving metal fittings 24, 24', and allows the girder body 1 to run along the running rail 2.

As described above, according to the present invention, the girder main body is provided with pairs of cylinders in the front and rear along both sides of the running direction and in the transverse direction, the required pairs of piston rods are extended to a predetermined length, and the end fittings are connected to the stoppers. By making contact with the other rail, the girder body is corrected and held at the transfer reference position with respect to the other rail. Since the girder body is supported in the front and back of the transfer direction, it is held at the accurate reference position and the skew is corrected. , there will be no derailment accidents when transferring trains.
