Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は主としてガスコツクのコツク軸に適用
してこれに止位置と強火位置との中間の2位置、
即ち中火位置と弱火位置におけるクリツクストツ
プを与えるようにした装置に関する。

従来この種装置として、例えば第1図示のよう
にコツク軸a上の回動板bに、半径方向に対し傾
斜するスリツトcと、該スリツトc内のこれに押
されて内方と外方とに移動自在のボールdとを設
けると共に該ボールdの回動軌跡上に該回動板b
の第1回動位置と第2回動位置とでこれに係合す
る各ボール孔e,fを配設させ、かくて該コツク
軸aを該回動板bと共に止位置から強火位置に図
面で反時計方向に回動したときは仝図示のように
該ボールdは第スリツトc内を内方位置に移動し
て回動してボール孔e,fと係合しないが次でこ
れを戻したときは該ボールdは外方に移動しつゝ
回動してその回動軌跡上の各ボール孔e,fに順
次に係合し中火位置と弱火位置との各クリツクス
トツプを得られるようにした式のものは知られる
が、この場合該ボールdは仝図示のように該スリ
ツトc内の外方位置と内方位置との2位置である
と共に該ボール孔e,fは該外方位置の該ボール
dの回動軌跡上に存するもので、かゝるものでは
該コツク軸aを一旦時計方向に回動して弱火位置
に戻した後次で再び反時計方向に回動して強火位
置方向とするとき、これに中火位置のクリツクス
トツプを得られない不都合を伴う。これを詳述す
るに例えば第2図に右方に示す通りであり、弱火
位置に一旦戻し次で強火方向に回動するときボー
ルdはスリツトc内の内方位置となり、かくてボ
ール孔eの内側を通過してこれと係合せず、クリ
ツクストツプがない不都合を伴う。かゝる不都合
のないクリツクストツプ装置として特公昭48−
4662号公報のごときクリツクストツプ装置も知ら
れる。しかしこのものは、かゝる不都合をなくす
ために3個のボール孔を必要とし、例えば中火位
置は時計方向と反時計方向の回動で別個のボール
孔でクリツクストツプされるため、加工誤差等に
よれば、必ずしも同一位置でクリツクストツプさ
れなくなる等の不都合がある。本考案はかゝる不
都合のない装置を得ることをその目的としたもの
で、止位置と強火位置とに亘つて回動操作される
コツク軸7と一体に回動する回動板1に、スリツ
ト2のスリツト方向を該スリツト2の内端と回動
板1の中心とを結ぶ半径方向の線に対し前傾又は
後傾させて設け、該スリツト2にその内方位置と
外方位置とに移動自在にボール3を介在させ、且
つ前記コツク軸7の止位置と強火位置との中間に
位置する該回動板1の第1回動位置と第2回動位
置とでボール3が係合する各ボール孔4,5を配
設するものに於いて、該スリツト2を比較的長手
に形成し、且つ該ボール孔4を、スリツト2の内
方位置と外方位置との中間位置に位置するボール
3の回動軌跡上に配設し、該ボール孔5を、該ス
リツト2が前傾するときは、該スリツト2の外方
位置に位置するボール3の回動軌跡上に、該スリ
ツト2が後傾するときは、該スリツシト2の内方
位置に位置するボール3の回動軌跡上に配設して
成る。

動軌跡上とするが、後者の場合は外方位置とな
り、ボール孔5はその内方位置の回動軌跡上に存
するものとする。
