操作に伴い内側操作摘子が外側操作摘子に当接し
て両摘子が一体に前記凹所内の陥没位置へと移動
するとともに、前記内側および外側操作摘子の回
転軸後端部側に、突出位置における内軸ノブのプ
ツシユ操作に応動して内側操作摘子を係止状態と
なし陥没位置における同プツシユ操作に応動して
内側操作摘子を係止解除状態となすプツシユロツ
ク機構と、内側操作摘子を突出位置へと付勢する
第1のばねと、外側操作摘子を突出位置へと付勢
する第2のばねとを設けたことを特徴とする回転
