風を当てながら整髪を行なうヘアードライヤ用ブ

のを防止するため、第２の基台の両端列のブリス
ル立設部と周縁部との間には熱風吹出口を形成し
ておらず、両端列のブリスルはその片側のみ開口
しているだけであつて、しかも両端列のブリスル
は枠体による固定部の近傍に位置しているので、
ブリスルに負荷が加わつても倒れ難い問題点があ

でできた板状の第２の基台６と、前記第２の基台
６の面部に複数列立設してなる断面円形のブリス

縁に挾着する枠体８とを備えている。前記第２の
基台６は面部６ａと周縁部６ｃに外方向に突出し
た鍔部６ｂとで構成し、前記面部６ａに立設した
ブリスル列間には熱風吹出口９を形成するととも
に、前記面部６ａと周縁部６ｃとの連設角部に凹
溝１６を形成している。また、前記連設角部には
複数の孔１０を形成し、複数の孔１０に前記枠体
８の内周面に形成した複数の突起１１を嵌合して
枠体８と第２の基台６とを仮止めした後、前記第
１の基台５の開口縁に形成した嵌合凹部１２へ前
記第１の基台６の鍔部６ｂ及び枠体８を嵌合して
枠体８と第１の基台５の開口縁との間に鍔部６ｂ
を挟持し、溶着あるいは接着により固定してい
る、また、前記第１の基台５の開口４には桟１３
を設け、前記第２の基台６の裏面を支持して中央
部が凹まないようにしている。前記ブリスル７は
連結部材１５で複数本一体に連結して、熱可塑性
を有するポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂で形成
し、その後前記ブリスル７を第２の基台６の成形
金型に挿入し、熱可塑性を有するポリエステル樹
脂を成形金型に充填することにより、第２の基台
６の成形と同時にブリスル７の基部を第２の基台
６に一体に固定するようにしており、前記ブリス
ル７の第２の基台６への埋設部分及び第２の基台
６の表面より若干量突出した部分（第５図のL1
部分）は全長に亘つて同一径の円柱状に形成する
とともに、それによりも上部（第５図のL2部分）
は先端程小径とすることにより、第２の基台６の
成形時に第２の基台６の表面からブリスル７に沿
つて成形バリが発生するのを防止している。ま
た、前記第２の基台６の裏面にはブリスル７の外
周面を覆う薄肉の筒状体１４を突出することによ
り、第２の基台６の板厚を薄くしてブリスル７が
倒れ易く且つ保持力も確保するようにし、しかも
ブリスル６の連結部材１５を膨大とすることによ
り、ブリスル７と第２の基台６との保持力を増大
