補助機6の相対向する内周壁に設けた垂直ガイド
溝7に摺嵌した止具8で係合し、しかる後止具8
を押圧具10の押圧により下動させて植毛穴4の
内周壁に圧入固定し、これによつて植毛5群を植
設するようになつている。しかしながら、前記植
設に際し、前記傾斜角度θ′がtan-1刷毛の太さ/植毛
穴の穴径 以上になると、補助機6を設置したとき植毛部3
における植毛穴4の先端部と反対側の穴縁と補助
機6の下端との間に形成される間隙Sが大きくな
るため、止具8の該穴縁通過の際に植毛5群の一
部が間隙Sから逃げてしまつたり、又は止具8が
植毛穴4に傾斜して挿入されたりしてトビ毛(斜
めに植毛されたり穴縁にひつかかつたりする刷
毛)の不良発生の原因となつている。したがつ
