  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) スクリユーの回転によつて流体を圧縮する
    スクリユー圧縮機の駆動装置において、 商用交流電源を直流電圧に変換する整流平滑回
    路およびその直流電圧を所定の周波数、電圧の交
    流電圧に変換するＤＣ―ＡＣ変換回路からなるイ
    ンバータと、 このインバータからの出力を受けて回転し前記
    スクリユー圧縮機を駆動する交流電動機と、 前記スクリユー圧縮機の速度データまたは負荷
    データを入力とし前記インバータから前記交流電
    動機に出力される交流電圧の周波数、電圧を制御
    する制御回路と、 を具備したことを特徴とするスクリユー圧縮機の
    駆動装置。 (2) スクリユー圧縮機は、高段側と低段側とに
    直列に接続した２段スクリユー圧縮機としたこと
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記
    載のスクリユー圧縮機の駆動装置。
