The function of the remote monitoring and control device is that control information from the monitoring panel is sent to the master station and the slave stations via the transmission line to control external equipment. Also, the status of external equipment, etc. is transmitted to the master station via (the display input section of) the slave station and displayed on the monitoring panel. Conventionally, this display input section uses a relay, but a photocoupler is generally used to make it stationary. A circuit using this photocoupler requires a current-limiting resistor on the input side of the photocoupler. Also, the power supply that drives the display input section is generally DC110V or DC48V.
etc., so if a photocoupler is used in the display input section, the current limiting resistor must have a rated power of several watts or more. Therefore, it is difficult to mount such a resistor on a printed board on which a photocoupler is mounted because of the heat generated by the rise in surface temperature of the resistor, and it is difficult to mount such a resistor on the printed board. Need to be implemented.

FIG. 1 shows a typical example of mounting a display/input unit using a photocoupler as described above. FIG. 1a is a side view of the rack, and FIG. 1b is a rear view of the rack. The equipment rack 1 is composed of a shelf 4 on which a printed board 3 is mounted, a block terminal board 6, a resistance board 7, a logic shelf (on which printed boards are mounted), a power supply board, etc. The display input section 2 consists of a printed board 3, a block terminal 5 for external lines, a resistance board 7, etc. Display input information is input to the block terminal 5 for external lines of the block terminal board 6, and a resistor mounted on the resistance board 7 is input. 8. It is received by a photocoupler (not shown) mounted on the printed board 3 via the printed board connector 9 and the like. This display input information is transmitted to the master station and displayed on the monitoring panel via the display output section of the master station.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the connection relationship of each component in the display input section 2. As shown in FIG. This type of connection requires a resistance board 7 for mounting the resistor 8, and also requires a printed board connector 9 and the resistor 8.
The connections between the resistor 8 and the external line block terminal 5 were made by wires 10 and 11, respectively. For this reason, wiring cannot be done until after the equipment rack 1 is assembled, and the bundled wires 10 and 11 have the disadvantage of increasing the number of work steps.

The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and to provide a cable equipped with a block terminal unit that has an integral structure in which the relay connection between the external line block terminal and the printed board connector is made into a cable with a connector. The object is an internal connection cable of an electronic device connected to an external device through a resistor, wherein at least one side of the cable includes a terminal plate to which the resistor connected to the signal of the cable is fixed, and a terminal plate connected to the signal of the cable. This is achieved by a cable comprising a block terminal that connects the signal line led out from the board to the outer end device, and a metal fitting that fixes the terminal board and the block terminal.

In the figure, 12 is a terminal plate, which has a plurality of resistors 8 and is attached to a metal fitting 13 in a vertical direction. The metal fitting 13 has a terminal plate 12 on one side, and a block terminal 5 is attached on the other side to form an integral block terminal unit 14, which is mounted on a block terminal board 6 of the equipment rack 1.

Such a block terminal unit is shown in Fig. 3a.
As shown in the figure, two block terminals 5 and a terminal board 12
It consists of two resistors, a resistor 8, etc. Then, as shown in FIG. 3b, first, a plurality of resistors 8
After mounting the terminal board 12 mounted with the terminal board 12 on the metal fitting 13, the block terminal 5 and each terminal of the resistor 8 are simultaneously connected to the lug terminal 15 of the terminal board 12 as shown in the figure. Next, the block terminal unit 1 shown in FIG.
The connector cable 16 of No. 4 is connected to the printed board connector 9 on one side, and connected to the terminal of the resistor 8 of the block terminal unit 14 on the other side, and is fixed to the unit 14 by a holding metal fitting 17.

In this way, the external line block terminal 5 and the resistor 8
By making it a three-dimensional, integrated structure, it can be handled in the same way as a cable with a connector. In other words, conventionally, wiring 10 and 11 could only be done after the equipment rack 1 was assembled, but by simply considering the length of the cable 16 in advance, the wiring can be installed on the rack.
It can be manufactured independently from the connector cable 16.
Since the block terminal unit 14 can be attached to the panel 6 of the equipment rack 1, work efficiency is facilitated and improved. Furthermore, during maintenance, it can be easily removed in the same way as a connector, eliminating the complexity of the conventional method.

As explained above with reference to the embodiments, the cable according to the present invention has an integrated structure with a connector cable attached to the unit, which enables a three-dimensional structure, eliminates the need for flat mounting space for the resistance board, and also allows the connector cable to be attached to the unit. Since it can be worked independently as a cable, it is easy to work with, and has great practical effects such as being advantageous for maintenance and inspection.
