式を示す断面図である。 １……射出成形金型の製品突出し装置（製品突
出し装置）、２……ノツクアウトピン、４……ラ
ンナエジエクタピン、６……エジエクタプレート
、８……製品突出しピン、２２……可動側取り付
けプレート、２４……段差部、４２……ランナ、
４４……ゲート、４６……製品。

Claims (1)
- 射出成形金型の製品突出し装置であつて、可動
側取り付けプレートに組み込まれ、昇降可能とさ
れたノツクアウトピンと、前記ノツクアウトピン
に組み込まれ、ランナを突出し可能とされたラン
ナエジエクタピンと、前記ノツクアウトピンの段
差部が当接可能に、該ノツクアウトピンに組付け
られたエジエクタプレートと、前記エジエクタプ
レートに組み込まれ、昇降可能とされた製品突出
しピンからなり、前記ノツクアウトピンを上昇さ
せることにより、まずランナエジエクタピンを突
出してゲートを切断した後、さらに前記ノツクア
ウトピンを上昇させ、その段差部をエジエクタプ
レートに当接させることにより、製品突出しピン
を突出して製品を突出すようにしたことを特徴と
する射出成形金型の製品突出し装置。
