(Prior art) Such a vibrating finish cutting machine is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 57-1023.
No. 10 and Utility Model Application No. 58-102098, No. 58-1
It is known from Japanese Patent Application No. 02099, etc., but both of the upper and lower dies holding the workpiece and the upper and lower punches are synchronized to convert the shear vibration energy at the interface between the punch and the die into thermal energy. The workpiece is thermally softened so that shearing processes such as drilling and cutting can be easily performed. However, with such conventional equipment, when drilling a diagonal hole in a workpiece, the tip of the upper and lower punches and die, which are molds, are held at an angle and the workpiece is held at an angle to machine the diagonal hole. . In this case, vibration energy is applied to either the upper or lower punch or the die (usually the punch) during machining, so the workpiece clamped between the upper and lower dies and punches may become misaligned, making machining difficult. Ta. In particular, when it is difficult to fix the workpiece at the end, such as when the end of the workpiece is rounded with a large circumference, positional displacement is likely to occur.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a vibrating finish cutting machine that eliminates the drawbacks of conventional products and that does not cause positional deviation even when drilling diagonal holes in a workpiece. The aim is to provide the opportunity.

(Example) Next, an example of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In Fig. 1, a pair of A die (23) and a pair of punches (4, 5) combined with the dies (2, 3) are arranged, and the lower die (3) is placed on a table (not shown) in the center of the main body. The fixed side section is fixed to the lower part of the die supporting member (1) having a C-shape, and the through hole (1) provided at the upper part of the upper die supporting member (1)
The upper die (2) is slidably supported by the main die (2), is supported in a reciprocating and suppressable manner by the main body, and is connected to the nine-die cylinder extension part α for reciprocating movement. It is possible to press and clamp the workpiece (9) inserted between the two punches. In the embodiment, the upper and lower punches (4, 5) are supported by vibration rods (8, 6), respectively. The shaking and punching feed are applied in synchronization.Alternatively, the upper and lower punches (4, 5) are used to punch the workpiece.
Vibration and punching feed may be applied to the upper and lower dies (2, 3), and if a simple depression is to be formed, the upper punch (4) can be omitted by making a hole in the upper die (2).

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the upper and lower punches (4, 5) have spikes α shown in FIG.
O is provided protrudingly. In the example, upper and lower punches (4, 5)
Although spikes (10 are provided on both sides), depending on the workpiece (9), they may be provided only on the upper or lower punch (5).The shape of the spike αO may be a pyramid or a cone. Alternatively, a convex portion or a concave portion of another shape, or a combination thereof may be used to form a twill pattern.

In operation, in the starting position the upper punch (4) and the upper die (2) are connected to the vibration rod (8) and the die cylinder extension αη.
The workpiece (9) is first placed on the lower die (3), then the upper die (2)
) descends and clamps the workpiece (9) between it and the lower die (3) as shown in the first diagram, and the upper punch (4) descends and clamps the workpiece (9) between it and the lower punch (5). Hold (9). At this time, the workpiece (9) is securely fixed by the spikes 4. Then, vibration energy and punching feed are applied to the upper and lower punches (4, 5) via the vibration rod (S, 6).
A finishing punching process is performed, but the workpiece no longer shifts its position. FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which a second This is the same as in FIG. 1 except that spikes CLG as shown in the figure are provided, and the upper and lower punches (14, 15) are not provided with spikes.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, according to the present invention, even when drilling an oblique hole in a workpiece in vibratory finishing punching, the workpiece can be securely fixed with spikes, and vibration energy is applied during machining. This eliminates the possibility of the workpiece slipping and misaligning even when the workpiece is moved, so it is now possible to perform vibratory finish punching of diagonal holes with high precision, which was previously impossible. Particularly large R on the edge of the workpiece, such as the cover of an automobile meter board.
Even when it is difficult to fix the workpiece at the edge, as in the case of machining, it is possible to machine diagonal holes with high precision without causing positional deviation.
