の部材で補強でき、さらに横板を簡単に取付ける

装し、金属製の略L字状の連結材3を縦框1の端
部内に挿入し、縦框1の端部外面から螺入したビ
ス4にて連結材3の一片3aを固定すると共にこ
の一片3aと縦框1内面との間に夫々芯材2の端
部を挾持し、相対向するように配設した上記一対
の縦框1の端部間に横板5を架設すると共に横板
5の両端を連結材3の他片3bにビス4にて固着
したものである。次に本考案を実施例によりさら
に具体的に説明する。1は合成樹脂の押出成形に
て形成せる縦框であり、一側面に長手方向全長に
亘つて面板嵌合溝6を凹設してある。芯材2は厚
さ0.6〜0.3mmの金属板であつて、断面コ字状に形
成されている。連結材3も芯材2と同じ厚さの金
属板にて形成され、略L字状とすると共に断面コ
字状に形成されており、連結材3の両片3a,3
bにビス4より径の小さい取付孔7を穿孔してあ
る。この略L字状の連結材3は第6図aのような
一体曲げで形成されても、第6図bのような突合
せ溶接10であつても、第6図cに示すようにス
ポツト溶接8であつてもよい。また横板5は合成
樹脂にて細長板状に形成されている。上述のよう
に構成せる部材にて框組を行うに当つては次のよ
うに行う。縦框1内に長手方向に亘つて芯材2を
内装し、縦框1の端部内に夫々連結材3を入れ、
縦框1の外面らビス4を連結材3の一片3aの取
付孔7に螺入して連結材3の一片3aを固定し、
この一片3aと縦框1内面との間に芯材2の端部
を挾持する。このとき一片3aと芯材2とが重合
する長さを変えることができて縦框1の長さが多
少変わつても対応できる。この縦框1を二本相対
向するように配置し、面板9の両側縁を面板嵌合
溝6に嵌合し、縦框1の端部間に横板5を架設
し、横板5から連結材3の他片3bの取付孔7に
ビス4を螺入して横板5を取付ける。この際縦框
1の端面より連結材3の他片3bをビス4にて取
