成にあつては、組立に際して、サイドミラー５と
上下枠２，３との位置決めが困難で、組立性に劣
るだけでなく、無機材のサイドミラー５との部分
的な接着であるので、どうしても不完全となつて
しまい、この両面接着テープ１４の接着が不完全
であるとサイドミラー５と上枠２のサイドミラー
取付け用溝９との接着がはがれ、第３図に示すよ
うにサイドミラー５の自重により下枠３の蝶番８
が下側に曲がり、下枠３が下側に傾斜しサイドミ
ラー５が抜け落ちてしまうという問題があつた。
又、シートを介在させてサイドミラー５と上下枠
２，３との取付け強度を高めることも為されてい
るが、この場合にあつてもサイドミラー５と上下
枠２，３の位置決めに手間を要するだけでなく、
正確な取付けができないという問題があつた。

上下両端の嵌合凸部７をそれぞれ上枠２と下枠３
の嵌合凹部４に嵌め込んで成り、バツクカバー６
の嵌合凸部７を上枠２と下枠３の嵌合凹部７に嵌
め込むことによりサイドミラー５の抜け落ちを確
実に防止でき、しかも組立ても正確かつ容易に行
なうことができて上記目的を達成できたものであ
る。

サイドミラー取付け用溝９を長手方向全長にわた
つて設けており、このサイドミラー取付け用溝９
の上壁および下壁の略中央部にそれぞれ横長の嵌
合凹部４を設けている。５はサイドミラーであ
り、背面にはサイドミラー５と略同形で合成樹脂
製のバツクカバー６を両面テープまたは接着剤に
より固着させている。バツクカバー６の上端と下
端にはそれぞれサイドミラー５の上方および下方
へと突出する嵌合凸部７を設けている。このバツ
クカバー６の嵌合凸部７は上枠２と下枠３の嵌合
凹部４にぴつたりと嵌まり込む大きさである。１

れらの嵌合凹部４に対応させてサイドミラー５の
背面に固着したバツクカバー６の上端および下端
にはそれぞれ二個の嵌合凸部７を設けており、こ
れらの嵌合凸部７を嵌合凹部４に嵌め込み固着し
てサイドミラー５を取付けている。なお、上枠２
および下枠３を合成樹脂にて形成した場合にあつ
ては嵌合凹部４と嵌合凸部７との固着は溶剤タイ
