単な構成からなる変位測定具を用い、この測定具
によつてねじ棒の変位を正確に計測し、この計測
値に基づいてねじ棒の位置合せをできるようにし
たものである。

変位を他端側に拡大して伝達すべくピン8で枢支
されたアーム部材9と、このアーム部材の他端側
に測定子10aが係合されこの測定子を介して前
記拡大された変位を計測する計器10とを主要部
材として包含している。そして、この変位測定具
6は前記砥石台5に取付けられている。

り支持部材を支持台17上で動かすことができる
ようになつている。従つて、支持部材の移動によ
つて各種径のねじ棒に対して変位測定具6を所要
の位置に定めることができる。18はストツパ部
材であり、これをボルト19の締付けにより受台
14に圧着させて受台14の位置を保持固定でき
るようにしてある。そして、前記のように接触子
7を既に研削されたねじの溝に嵌入してねじ棒の
変位を測定するが、この際前記ばね16及び戻し
ばね13の作用によつて接触子7がねじ溝に圧接
され、変位測定を正確にかつ迅速に行なうことが
できる。
