この発明は、小型ボイラ等に用いられる給水予

〔発明の目的及び概要〕
この発明は、熱交換器をカセツト化して組立簡
単で交換も容易な給水予熱装置を提供することを

すなわち、この発明の給水予熱装置は、燃焼ガ
スの流通系路中に、上下の管寄せとこれらを連結
する多数の水管とから成る熱交換器を配設するこ
とにより、該燃焼ガスの保有熱量にて該水管中の
給水を予熱するようにした構成において、
該燃焼ガスを下方より上方へ流動させるべく、
下側部に流入口を、又頂部に流出口をそれぞれ有
する箱型の煙突台を形成し、この煙突台の、前記
流入口を有しない一側面全体を開口し、このよう
にした開口側面部に対し、着脱自在に側壁部材を
取着し、さらにその内部に前記熱交換器を前記流
入口側に対して対向するように、しかも箱型の前
記煙突台の対角線に沿つて傾斜状に収容設置した

設けないで、上部管寄せ2に給水入口を、そして
下部管寄せ3に給水出口を設けることも可能であ

は煙突台の側壁部材のうち前記流入口13が設け
られている側壁部材8cに斜めにもたれかけされ
て、煙突台の対角線のほぼ全長に亙つて配置され
ている。図中14は熱交換器1のソケツト6の位
置に対応して煙突台の側壁部材に設けられた給水
入口管および給水出口管の取付孔である。なお煙
突台7の中には燃焼ガスが均一に流れるように整
流板を設けることが望ましい。流入口11はボイ
ラ側に接続されており、煙突台7中に流入した燃
焼ガスは、熱交換器1の各水管間の間隙を通過す
る時に水管内部の水と熱交換を行い、流出口13
に接続した煙突より外部に排出される。一方、燃
焼ガスによつて加温された給水は、給水ポンプに
よつてボイラへ送られるわけであるが、熱交換器
1の出口における水温は通常60℃程度である。こ
の場合、燃焼ガスの温度は、煙突台7入口で約

ず、組立が簡単で交換も容易であるという効果が
ある。しかも、熱交換器を出し入れする際、側方
全断面に開口部を設けているので、非常に作業し
やすく、短時間で行うことができる。
