して、同締結部材と前記ケーシングとの間に、同
ケーシングが水平面内直線運動、若しくは水平面
内回転運動を隣接した前記回転機械と干渉しない
範囲で生起しうる間隙が存するように締結し、同
間隙内において前記締結部材に前記ケーシングの
運動を停止せしめるべき緩衝部材を同ケーシング
と対向して配設してなることを特徴とする回転機

するとともに、同座金15の下面において前記ボ
ルト14に、合成樹脂、ゴム、鉛、アルミニウム
等の比較的変形抵抗の小さい材料よりなる緩衝材
16を前記取付孔13の内周壁面に対向するよう

渉しない範囲内で生起しうる間隙を存するように
圧締するとともに、前記押え金具18の垂直部片
に、前記フランジ11aの端面と間隙を存して対
向する緩衝部材16を取付けたものであり、回転
機械に発生した事故による衝撃力が作用すると、
ケーシング11は矢印Bの方向に直線運動、或い
は水平面内に回転運動して、緩衝部材16に衝突
して同部材16を変形させて停止し、事故時の衝
撃力をできるだけ緩和して、基礎または台盤に伝
達し、かくして事故波及防止効果を高めるもので
