【発明の詳細な説明】[Detailed description of the invention]

本発明は、処理室を持ち洗浄流体及び圧縮空気
の導入用の継手を備え、圧縮空気継手に連結した
空気分配器を底部の近くに配置した、せん用洗浄
装置に関するものである。 注射液に微粒子を含めない問題は近年意義が絶
えず増大している。調査の結果、ゴム又はプラス
チツクのせんで閉じたガラスびん内の微粒子の実
質的な部分がこのせんに基づくものであることが
分つている。その理由は、一般に普通のドラム形
装置又は普通の家庭用洗たく機と同様に作用する
市販のせん洗浄装置がせんの満足できる洗浄を保
証しないからである。この種の装置は洗浄中に高
い機械的作用によつて必ずせんのこすり作用を生
ずる。このこすり作用では洗浄装置内でコンパク
トに集合したせんに対し十分な洗い流しができな
い。さらにこの装置によつてはまたせんに初めに
付着した粒子をせんから十分に取除くことができ
ない。 洗浄作用に公知の改良により、単一の各せんの
できるだけ強い洗浄ができるようにコンパクトに
集合したせんをうず流層の方法による空気吹込み
によつてゆるめる市販の装置が最近考えられてい
る。この公知の装置は、せんを受入れるかごを配
置され実質的に処理室として作用する大体円筒形
の容器を備えている。この容器の底部付近にノズ
ル環を配置してある。このノズル環は圧力空気源
に連結してうず流層を生ずる作用をする。 種種の研究によりこのような装置は小さなせん
及び比較的小さいせん群にしか適しないことが分
つてきた。大きいせん群従つて大きい室横断面で
は、とくに重りせんでは、せんの十分なうず巻に
よる上昇がもはや保証されず、従つてこの装置の
洗浄作用は不十分である。 本発明の目的は、一層高い洗浄作用を持つせん
洗浄装置を提供しようとするにある。とくに本装
置はまた重いせん及び大きいせん群に適してい
る。 本発明の基本になる課題は本明細書の特許請求
の範囲1に記載してある装置により解決すること
ができる。本発明により2重網を空気配分器とし
て使用すると全室横断面にわたり均等な脈動空気
流が生ずる。この空気流はせんに対し著しく良好
なうず流による上昇作用を及ぼす。 以下本発明洗浄装置の実施例を添付図面につい
て詳細に説明する。 図示のように本洗浄装置は、取りはずし自在の
ドーム形頭部22により上部を閉じたほぼ円筒形
の処理室21を備えている。室底部には、弁1,
2,3,4,5,6,7,13及びフイルタFを
設けられた洗浄液、鉱物質を除いた真水、空気、
洗浄剤、シリコーン油及び蒸気を導入しまた放出
する導管が通じている。頭部22には蒸気放出
用、空気放出用及び真空源への連結用の弁12,
10,11を設けた導管が通じている。2個の弁
8,9と熱交換器Wと循環ポンプAとを設けた導
管23は、頭部22の下縁から弁1まで通じそし
て洗浄液を循環させる作用をする。別のポンプ
B,Cは洗浄剤及びシリコーン油を導入する作用
をする。2個の液レベル感知器D1,D2は或る一
定の機能的排水コントロールのために設けてあ
る。 室21の壁には洗浄しようとするせんの閉鎖自
在な装入取出し用穴24を設けてある。装入はた
とえば重力を利用して室の適当な斜面により行
う。せんは洗浄後に真空により室から取出すこと
ができる。室への供給も同様に真空作用によつて
行う。なお装入及び取出しは、室内に入れ処理後
にふたたび取出すことのできる全面に孔をあけた
容器にせんを入れることによつて行うことができ
る。 室21内にはその底部の近くに、僅かに相互間
隔を隔てて設けた2つの細かい網目のスクリーン
25a,25bを配置した形の空気配分器25が
ある。両網目スクリーン25a,25bは約10な
いし30μmの網目孔経を持つ細かい鋼製網から成
つている。両スクリーン25a,25bの相互間
隔は約30mmである。このような空気配分器につい
ては米国特許第4023472号明細書にさらに詳しく
記載してある。 比較的損傷しやすい網を保護し又は支えるため
にこの網の両側に網目の大きい丈夫な保護網26

及び網27はまた構造ユニツトとして形成するこ

ることができ洗浄しようとするせんを装入するか
ご状の洗浄容器を形成する。 本装置の性能は公知のこの種の装置と同様であ
る。次の表は本装置により実施することのできる
洗浄サイクルに対する経過表を例示したものであ
る。種種の弁及びポンプのコントロールは対応す
る電子式コントロール装置によつて行う。このよ
うなコントロールの実施は次の経過表により明ら

Devices of this type inevitably produce a scrubbing effect due to the high mechanical action during cleaning. This scrubbing action cannot sufficiently wash away the particles that have gathered compactly in the cleaning device. Furthermore, this device also does not adequately remove particles that initially adhered to the screen. Known improvements in cleaning action have recently devised commercially available devices in which compact clusters of strands are loosened by air blowing in a swirling bed manner in order to provide as strong a cleaning as possible of each single strand. This known device comprises a generally cylindrical container in which a cage for receiving the containers is arranged and which essentially acts as a processing chamber. A nozzle ring is placed near the bottom of this container. This nozzle ring is connected to a source of pressurized air and serves to create an eddy bed. Various studies have shown that such devices are suitable only for small shears and relatively small groups of shears. With large shears and therefore with large chamber cross-sections, especially with weight shears, a sufficient spiral rise of the shears is no longer guaranteed, so that the cleaning action of this device is insufficient. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a drain cleaning device that has an even higher cleaning effect. In particular, the device is also suitable for heavy shears and large shear groups. The problem on which the invention is based can be solved by the device according to claim 1 of the present specification. 量は約1000mmの室直径に対して約20ないし25m3
