ては、回転環と非回転環が形成する密封端面にパ

り、密封が不完全になり液漏れが生ずるという問
題があつた。

を密封端面近傍から常時排出する効果をもたせ、
更にこのポンプ作用のみでは徐々にスラリーが堆
積するため適宜間歇的に清浄液を供給する様にし
たものである。

度以上になつた時弁11を開くようにしても良
い。また上記した手段を複数並行的に採用しても
良い。

を受けるため、その洗浄効果が大きくなる。その
結果極めて効率的に密封端面の詰まりを防止でき
シール性を向上できる。またフラツシング液は間
歇的に供給されるためスラリー液を薄めることが
ない等の効果がある。
