- 圧縮機と膨張機とを環状に配管接続してなる極
低温冷凍装置において、圧縮機の吐出側配管と吸
入側配管とを大気差圧式の圧力調整弁を備えたバ
イパス配管で連結したことを特徴とする極低温冷
凍装置。
