PURPOSE:To remove the quantity of unbalance of a rotary scroll and improve reliability by forming a cut off part which makes the position of the center of gravity of a rotary scroll agree with the center of a crankshaft, on the boss part of said rotary scroll having a bearing recess part on which said crankshaft is rotatably installed. CONSTITUTION:A rotary scroll 4 is formed with a boss part 4B which is projected out in the opposite direction from a lap 4A on an end plate 4C and a bearing recess part 4D into which a bearing is fitted and which is recessedly provided on the center part inside the boss part 4B. On the outer periphery of the boss part 4B, cut off parts 1-3 are formed by cutting off the outer edge of the boss part, by appropriate arc lengths in the circumferential direction and by appropriate depths into the end plate 4C. 鏡板4Cのフランジ厚(寸法tで示す)が薄くなる欠点

旋回スクロール4全体が大型となり、重量アップおよび
コストアップの原因となる。また鏡板4Cはラップ4A
側から圧1i(媒体により押圧されるので前記7ランジ
の厚さが薄くなると強度不足の恐れが生じ、その分だけ
全体を原因にし重着アップとなる欠をか生ずる。
