A nonwoven fabric is formed by laying glass fiber bundles in an irregular direction at intervals of approximately the length of the glass fiber bundles, and an opaque thermoplastic resin film such as vinyl chloride is coated on the back side of the nonwoven fabric. A colorless and transparent thermoplastic resin film of the same quality as that on the back side is superimposed on the front side and bonded under heat.

The light passing through the gap is reflected on the surface of the opaque vinyl chloride film 4 on the back side, and an irregular pattern made up of the glass fibers 6 and the glass fiber bundles 5 is projected just like cloud paper.

A glass fiber nonwoven fabric 3 is layered on top of the glass fiber nonwoven fabric 3, and a colorless and transparent vinyl chloride film 2 is placed on top of the glass fiber nonwoven fabric 3.
These are stacked together and bonded together under heat.

る。 At this time, the glass fiber nonwoven fabric 3, which maintains dimensional stability as a core material and also serves as a pattern, is made of glass fibers (monofilament) 6 cut into pieces of about 5 to 10 cm independently of each other, as shown in Figure 2. In addition to layering the glass fibers thinly to the extent that there are sufficient gaps in irregular directions, separate from this, the glass fiber bundle (frog) 5, which is made by bundling 10 to 50 glass fibers, is laid in irregular directions, in other words, in a cloud dragon pattern. They are laid one on top of the other with a distance of about 5-10 cm so as to give the desired appearance, and then a known transparent adhesive (binder) is used to form a non-woven fabric. In this case, the glass fiber 6 is about 0.5−
5 μm is preferable. The glass fiber bundle 5 is loosely bundled and is flattened and expanded by thermocompression bonding, so that its width reaches about 1 mm.

When the glass fiber non-woven fabric 3 is sandwiched between them and thermocompression bonded, the vinyl chloride film is heated to about 120°C in advance so that it is sufficiently stretched, and then the glass fiber non-woven fabric 3 is sandwiched and heated to a temperature of about 180-200°C. , at a pressure of about 5 kg/cm 2 , as shown in Figure 3, the metal roll 7
The vinyl chloride film 2 is sandwiched between the metal roll 7 and the rubber roll 8 so as to be in contact with the metal roll 7, and is continuously heated and pressed.

Since the same colorless and transparent thermoplastic resin films are stacked and thermocompressed, the light that passes through the colorless and transparent vinyl chloride film on the front side is reflected by the glass fibers and glass fiber bundles inside, and the glass The light passing through the gaps between the fibrous non-woven fabrics is reflected on the surface of the opaque vinyl chloride film 4 on the back side, and an irregular pattern composed of glass fibers and glass fiber bundles is projected just like cloud paper.
