移動しない。そしてハンドル11を操作し主軸3
をそのコツタ穴6がヘツド1の底面より下に下る
(第2図参照)まで下げ、ハンドル保持部材10
に設けた通し穴15に挿入されているピン14を
軽く押しながらハンドル11をさらに操作する
と、ピン14の端部とヘツド側壁に設けた穴17
とが一致し(第3図参照)、ピン14が穴17に
手動により挿入できる。このようにするとつる巻
ばね9の作用によりピン14が穴17の壁面に押
圧され、このピン14と穴17の壁面との間で発
生する摩擦力は圧縮ばね16の復元力より大きく
設定してあるので、ピン14はハンドル保持部材
