As shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 48-10573, the conventional Adtx construction method involves pasting adhesive tapes to the wall surface at predetermined intervals so as to intersect with the cracks, and using tabs of the adhesive tapes as joint seals. Then, the adhesive tape is peeled off using the knob to open a part of the crack, thereby forming an injection port, and the filling liquid injector is sequentially filled with the nozzle tip of the filling liquid injector. This was done by pressing an attached pressing elastic body and press-fitting a filling liquid such as a synthetic resin liquid.

By the way, as shown in FIG. 1, in this conventional construction method, the injection hole 2a of the pressing elastic body 2 attached to the tip of the nozzle 1 must be aligned with the crack 5 of the concrete 3, etc., but generally the width of the crack 5 is is extremely narrow, and the injection hole 2a of the pushing elastic body 2 for directly pressurizing the filling liquid is also formed to have a small diameter corresponding to the width of the crack 5 without forming a V-shaped hole in the crack 5. ing. Therefore, the injection hole 2a of the pressing elastic body 2 and the crack 5 in the part where the injection hole 2a comes into contact cannot be visually seen.
It is very difficult to align the small diameter injection hole 2a with the crack 5, and furthermore, the injection hole 2a is
Since it is not possible to confirm whether or not they are aligned with each other, the filling liquid is spouted from the injection hole 2a without alignment, and the filling liquid cannot be sufficiently injected into the crack 5, resulting in filling only the inlet portion of the crack 5. There have been many cases in which the liquid has solidified after being poured into the machine, making complete repair work impossible. Also,
The pressing elastic body 2 tends to fall off from the nozzle 1 due to the pressure of the filling liquid, and therefore, it becomes necessary to replace the fallen pressing elastic body 2, which may hinder the construction work. Furthermore, when not in use, the filling liquid sometimes hardens within the injection hole 2a of the pressing elastic body 2, making injection impossible.

Therefore, in the present invention, an elastic seat having an injection hole in the center and made of an elastic material is pasted on the crack, and then a sealing material is applied along the crack and the sealing material is applied to the elastic seat. Cracks in concrete, etc. that have solved the above-mentioned defects by sealing the joints in close contact with at least the periphery of the concrete, and then pressing the tip of the knife-edged nozzle against the elastic seat and injecting the filling liquid from the injection hole. The purpose is to provide a repair method.

This crack repair method uses an elastic seat 6 made of an elastic material such as rubber as shown in Figs. 2 and 3, and the elastic plate 6 has tapered surfaces 6a on both opposing sides. It is made of a square rubber plate with an injection hole 6b bored in its center. Furthermore, a plastic stopper 7 is inserted into the injection port 6b, and an adhesive material 9 is pasted on the bottom surface of the elastic seat 6, and a knob 10a is placed on top of the adhesive material 9.
A tape 10 having the following properties is attached.

Therefore, in the present crack repair method, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, first, the tape 10 on the bottom surface of the elastic seat 6 is peeled off using the knob 10a, and the elastic seat 6 is separated by a predetermined interval using the adhesive material 9. Separate them and paste them on crack 5 of concrete 3. At this time, the elastic seat 6 is aligned so that its taper 6a is perpendicular to the crack 5, and the plug 7 is once removed from the injection hole 6b, and the crack 5 is inserted from the injection hole 6b.
After confirming that the crack 5 is aligned with the injection hole 6b, insert the plug 7 into the injection hole 6b again. next,
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a sealing material 11 made of synthetic resin such as thermoplastic or epoxy resin is applied along the crack 5 with a brush or the like so as to seal the crack 5. At this time, the sealant 11 is also applied onto the elastic seat 6, but since the taper 6a is formed in the direction of application by the brush, the sealant 11 can be reliably applied to the vicinity of the elastic seat 6 as well. Next, as shown in FIG. 8, the plug 7 exposed from the sealing material 11 is pulled out from the injection hole 6b of the elastic seat 6. At this time, the plug 7 sticks to the injection hole 6b of the elastic seat 6. The sealing material 11 is also peeled off.

Once the above-mentioned operations have been carried out over the entire crack 5, a filling liquid made of a synthetic resin liquid with high adhesive strength and strength, such as epoxy resin, is injected into the crack 5 using a syringe. 11
As shown in the figure, the nozzle 12 of the syringe has an inner diameter larger than the injection hole 6b, and a metal knife edge 12a is formed at its tip. Hole 6
Press around b. Then, the knife edge 12a and the elastic seat 6 are sealed, and the filling liquid is injected into the crack 5 from the injection hole 6b without leaking, and the sealing material 11 in the injection hole 6b is sealed against the plug 7.
At the same time, most of the sealing material 11 is peeled off, but a portion of the remaining sealing material 11 is also broken by the knife edge 12a, and the tapered part 12b is further directed outward.
is excluded outwardly. First, the above-mentioned filling liquid injection work is carried out using the crack 5 as shown in FIG.
Starting from one upper end of the adjacent elastic seat 6
This is continued until elasticity overflows from the injection hole 6b.
Next, as shown in FIG. 11, after stopping the injection operation from the elastic seat 6 at the tip, the injection hole 6 of the elastic seat 6 is closed.
Insert the stopper 7 into b to prevent the filling liquid from leaking. Then, the nozzle 12 is pressed against the adjacent elastic seat 6 and similar injection and plugging operations are performed, and in this way, the same operations are performed sequentially up to the last elastic seat 6. After the filling liquid injection process is completed,
Remove the sealing material 11 and elastic seat 6, and remove the crack 5.
Repair work has been completed.

In the above-mentioned embodiment, the elastic seat 6 is square, but it may also have a circular shape, and a plastic stopper 7 is inserted into the injection hole 6b. Other plugging means such as painting may be used, and furthermore, if the sealing material 11 is not applied to the injection hole 6b and the filling liquid overflows from the injection hole 6b is small, it is not necessary to perform this plugging means. .

As explained above, according to the present invention, since the elastic seat 6 having the injection hole 6b is used, the elastic seat 6
When pasting the crack 5 on the crack 5, it is possible to paste the crack 5 while visually observing the crack 5 from the injection hole 6b, and to confirm that the injection hole 6b and the crack 5 are aligned. Since it is thin, the nozzle 12 can be easily aligned with the injection hole 6b of the elastic seat 6. Therefore, the filling liquid can be injected into the nozzle 5 easily and reliably, so that the filling liquid does not solidify only at the inlet of the crack 5, and the filling liquid is reliably poured into the crack 5. can be press-fitted, allowing complete crack repair work to be carried out at all times. Furthermore, the elastic seat 6
Since it is pasted on top, the pressing elastic body will not fall off from the nozzle when injecting the filling liquid, and the filling liquid will not harden at the discharge part of the nozzle and become impossible to inject, allowing for efficient work. Can be done. Further, the nozzle 12 has its tip connected to an elastic seat 6.
Since the filling liquid is injected while being pressed against the crack 5, the filling liquid is injected into the crack 5 from the injection hole 6b without leaking, and there is a knife edge 12 at the tip of the nozzle 12.
a is formed, the knife edge 12a bites into the elastic seat 6, and leakage of the filling liquid can be reliably prevented. Furthermore, after pasting the elastic seat 6,
Since the sealing material 11 is applied along the crack 5 to seal the joints, the elastic seat 6 can be firmly attached to the wall surface of the crack without being interfered with by the sealing material 11, and the elastic seat 6 can be firmly attached to the crack wall surface. The sealing material 11 can be applied, and leakage of the filling liquid from between the elastic seat 6 and the sealing material 11 can be reliably prevented. Furthermore, it is sufficient to apply the sealing material 11 continuously without considering the width of the elastic seat 6, and even if the crack 5 is bent,
The sealing material 11 can be easily applied in accordance with the curve, and the joint sealing work of the crack 5 can be performed easily and quickly. Furthermore, the elastic seat 6
The pasting interval can be arbitrarily set in consideration of the depth, width, and degree of curvature of the crack 5, so that efficient filling liquid injection work can be performed.
