When press-fitting this adhesive, depending on the condition of the crack and the type of adhesive, it may be injected at high pressure and high speed, or it may be injected at low pressure and slow speed.
In the former case, the work time is short and the work efficiency is good, but in the latter case, the work time is long, the work efficiency is poor, and there are many parts to repair (the total length of the crack is long). Furthermore, when working at high places on structures, the health of the workers was often compromised due to the cold or heat.

In order to solve this technical problem, in the present invention,
When repairing cracks that have occurred in structures such as concrete, seal the cracks at appropriate intervals, fix an injection pipe in the unsealed area, and use a syringe that has been injected or filled with adhesive in advance. Connect the nozzle to the injection pipe,
The technical means is to continuously advance the plunger of the syringe using the elasticity of the rubber band to gradually force the adhesive into the crack.

According to this technical means, the seal and injection pipe fixing process does not change in terms of work efficiency compared to the conventional seal and injection port forming process, but
Simply set the nozzle on the pipe and the adhesive will be automatically injected into the crack using the elasticity of the rubber, allowing the worker to hold the adhesive injection gun for long periods of time during the injection process. There is no need to do this, and there is no danger to the health of the workers.

It also makes it possible to inject at many points on the crack at the same time, reducing the number of workers.
Moreover, the injection work can be completed efficiently in a short time.

In addition, (1) the adhesive is sucked into the syringe in advance, so there is no need to transport or lift heavy equipment such as adhesive mixers and fillers to the crack location; (2) the amount of adhesive to be injected can be determined in advance; (3) Even if a residual amount occurs due to additional injection, it can be calculated from the capacity of the syringe or (4) If the syringe is made of polypropylene or polyethylene, the syringe can be used over and over again. 5) Even after injection is finished, the elasticity of the rubber strip maintains the pressing force, and the adhesive does not flow back, allowing the injection work to be carried out with peace of mind. This is a practical and effective repair method.

In these embodiments, the plunger is biased by pressing or pulling with a rubber band, and as the plunger moves forward,
As a result, the biasing force gradually decreases, but if it is necessary to increase the biasing force midway through, this can be done by reapplying the rubber strip.
