し、その検出値から障害物4の有無を検知するものであ

うI−V変換回路、16はそのI−V変換された信月か
ら特定の(自己の)変調周波数の信号のみを検出する周
波数フィルタで、これらは各受光素子13に対応して設
けられている。17は検出された各周波数信号から障害
