Generally, high-power electron tubes used for broadcasting or industrial applications such as induction and dielectric heating have high voltage applied to them, so the anode, which is the high voltage application electrode, and the enclosing plate part of the grid are protected from damage caused by sparks (for example, holes). A metal corona ring is attached for protection.

Conventionally, this type of electron tube has a corona ring 2 made of metal such as brass or aluminum as a separate part on the grid terminal 11 or the anode flange 12 or both of the sealed tube 1 which has already been evacuated, as shown in FIG. They are attached using screws or the like while maintaining the interval dimension a determined by the voltage used. This conventional method increases the number of parts because the corona ring is made as a separate part, requires a mounting process, and is complicated work when there are many screws. If the lock is forgotten or loosened, high-frequency power is often supplied from this part, which has the disadvantage of increasing high-frequency loss.

That is, as shown in FIG. 2, an anode 21, which is a high voltage application electrode, or a metal enclosure plate (Kovar, copper, etc.) 22, which is an introduction part for a grid (not shown),
Extend one or both of 23 as shown in the dotted line, bend the tip in the direction of the counter electrode, and process the tip into a circle (for example, R cutting, curling, etc.)
Also, it is formed so as to maintain the distance dimension a from the counter electrode introduction part. Since this enclosure dish is used as a part when brazing the stem or processed anode, the electron tube of the present invention shown in FIG. 2 is formed when the sealed tube is assembled. Since this enclosure plate is attached by brazing, there are many advantages such as less high frequency loss, no complicated screw fixing, and no special installation process required.
