Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はドツク用盤木装置の考案に係り、掃海
艇のように船尾部の船底が浅く上に上つた比較的
長い船体の入渠時において水中で前記船尾部に受
盤木を設置する作業を簡易且つ的確に行わせよう
とするものである。

くてはならない。即ちこのことから従来は第4図
に示すように受台11に予め高さを調整しておい
た盤木12を接続しておいて、これを渠底の隅に
ある仮置場から移動させて所定の位置に設置し支
持させるようにしている。しかしながら斯かる作
業は水中作業であることと作業の場所的制約の限
界から人力による作業に頼らざるを得ず、作業能
率に劣ると共に相当の重労動とならざるを得な
い。

本考案は上記したような実情に鑑み検討を重ね
て考案されたものであつて、その具体的な実施態
様を添附図面に示すものについて説明すると、鋼
板によつて密閉状に形成された受台1は断面的に
梯形状をなした中空状の箱体で、その底面には該
受台1が水中において盤木6,6aを取付けた状
態で容積的に海水比重より稍々軽くなるように厚
鋼板などによる重量部材2を溶接などの手段によ
つて取付けてある。又このような受台1の側面に
は把手3を取付けて適宜に移動操作し易いように
し、更にフツク部5を形成して調整用ウエイト4
を対称的関係を以て装脱し得るようにし、前記し
た盤木6,6aは受台1の頂面に取付けられた止
着座9の如きを利用し、鎹のような係着手段7に
よつて1個又は2個以上を適当に選んで固定し得
るように成つており、更に適宜の位置に吊りピー
ス8を設けてクレーンなどを利用した移動操作を
も行い得るように成つている。

内に前述したような掃海艇のような船体が入渠
し、該船体10はドツクの浮上と共に船底部がキ
ール盤木15に当接することになるから、この時
点において浮ドツクの浮上を一時停止して前記し
たような本考案の受台を船尾部に設置する。即ち
先ず入渠した船体10に支障を来さない場所に仮
置きされた受台1においてその調整ウエイト4を
該受台1が水中で移動が容易となる個数だけ取外
して適切な浮遊状態となるようにして船尾部に第
3図にその移動過程を示す如く移動してセツトす
るものであり、このようにしてから浮ドツクを更
に浮上させて入渠作業を完了するものである。上
記したような移動作業に当つては前記したような
把手3を使用することによりその移動が容易であ
ることは明かであり、又前記のような受台1が必
要に応じて吊りピース8によつて吊り上げること
によりそれぞれの場所に浮力を利用しないでも移
動し得ることは自明である。
