However, since the partition member consists of one movable panel, the storage space when the partition member is opened becomes large. For this reason, a storage space for the partition member must be formed under the floor of the second floor, which poses a problem in that the structure of the building becomes complicated.

The purpose of the present invention is to make the room appear larger due to the atrium, to allow ventilation and lighting from the atrium, and to enhance the air-conditioning effect during heating and cooling without significantly impairing the effect of making the room appear larger and the lighting function. Furthermore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a building that requires only a small storage space for partition members.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. As shown in Fig. 1, this building has an atrium 2 continuously formed in the upper part of the interior 1 on the first floor.
A partition member 3 is provided at the boundary between the indoor room 1 and the atrium 2 to partition the atrium 2 and the indoor room 1. The partition member 3 is installed so that it is the same as the ceiling height. The partition member 3 is transparent.

In the upper part of the atrium part 2, a skylight 4 is installed on the south side, and a ventilation gate 5 is installed on the north side.
Furthermore, the partition member 3 includes a plurality of movable plates 7 sequentially connected to one side of the fixed plate 6 shown in FIG. 2 in a foldable manner by hinges 8 as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 4, wheels 9 are attached to end positions A on both sides of even-numbered movable plates 7 as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, a pair of lip groove-shaped rails 10, 1 are installed at the lower ends of the opposing side walls 2a, 2a of the atrium 2, avoiding the location where the fixing plate 6 is attached.
0 are provided facing each other, and the wheels 9 of the movable plate 7 of the partition member 3 are successively slid into these rails 10 as shown in FIG. After this fitting, the fixing plate 6 is fixed to the lower ends of the side walls 2a, 2a. Note that a lighting fixture (not shown) is attached to the lower surface of the fixed plate 6.
In addition, in Fig. 1, 11 is another room on the first floor, 1
2 and 13 are inside the room on the second floor, and 14 is a balcony.

can be communicated. At this time, the atrium 2 can be seen directly from the interior 1, making the interior 1 look spacious, and light can be let in through the atrium 2 from the skylight 4, and ventilation can be performed from the ventilation pane 5 through the atrium 2.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 1, if the movable plate 7 is extended to isolate the atrium 2 from the room 1, it can be used as a normal room in the room 1, and when heating and cooling the room 1, , compared to the case where the atrium part 2 is communicated with each other, the heating and cooling effect can be enhanced. In this case, since the partition member 3 is made of a light-transmitting member, even when the partition member 3 is in the closed state, the room 1 looks spacious and allows sunlight to enter the room.

In addition, the partition member 3 is constructed by sequentially connecting a plurality of movable plates 7 so as to be foldable, and is provided with a rail 10 that guides the movable plates 7 in the folding/extending directions, so that when the partition member 3 is folded, Does not take up space. Therefore, although the movable partition member 3 is provided, there is no need to provide a storage location for the partition member 3 under the floor surface, and the structure is simple.

As described above, in the building of the present invention, an atrium is continuously formed in the upper part of a room, and a foldable translucent partition member made by sequentially connecting a plurality of movable plates is installed at the boundary between the room and the atrium. The rails that guide the movable plate in the folding and extending directions are installed along the lower edges of the pair of facing walls that make up the atrium. Ventilation and lighting can be carried out through the space, and when heating and cooling, the efficiency of heating and cooling can be increased without significantly impairing the effect of making the room look larger or the lighting function. Furthermore, there is an effect that the structure is simple and does not take up much storage space for the partition member.
