- ヘツダ管から噴出する液体を気流により微粒化
してミスト状またはフオグ状の気液二相冷却流体
を生成する装置において、ヘツダ管に液体を供給
する液体供給配管にオーバーフロー部を備え、こ
のオーバーフロー部より下流において液体供給配
管に流量制御弁を備えたことを特徴とする冷却液
配管装置。
