There is a strong demand from general consumers for products that are safe and do not injure the wrists.

ドの安全対策上問題があつた。 Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 10, in the conventional mesh band 31, spiral wire members are assembled with pins during the knitting process, so it is difficult to reduce the thickness of the mesh band 31. Furthermore, when the band is cut to the required width, there is a drawback that the cut surface 32 on the side surface of the band tends to fray. Therefore, when a watch band is worn on the wrist, it can get caught on clothing or nylon socks, causing damage or scratches on the body, which poses safety problems for watch bands.

It is characterized in that a flexible core material is inserted inside the bag-like knitted body, and both upper and lower surfaces and both left and right sides of the bag-like knitted body are pressed and shaped.

模様を変化させることができる。 In this way, since a watch band is formed by combining a plurality of irregularly shaped wires with flat surfaces and round wires into a bag body, it is possible to make the patterns on the front and back and both sides of the band continuous, and to knit them together. Even if the pattern is the same, the pattern can be changed simply by changing the combination of irregularly shaped wires and round wires.

Numeral 8 is a deformed wire made of stainless steel or other strong material and has a flat surface 8a on its longitudinal surface, and a plurality of wires 8 are arranged in parallel to form a first material 10. Further, a second material 11 is formed by appropriately mixing the different diameter wires 8 and the normal round wires 6 and arranging them in parallel.

The bag-like knitted body 20 is formed by knitting the first material 10 and the second material 11 into a bag shape according to the outer shape of the bag 13'.

A flexible core material 13, 13' is inserted into a hollow hole 21 formed inside a bag-like knitted body 20 formed by knitting in a mesh shape using 0, 11, and then,
The upper and lower surfaces and the left and right sides of the bag-like knitted body are each pressed flat to form a watch band. In this case, pressing is performed so that the flat surface 8a of the deformed wire 8 remains.

The pattern can be changed by changing the weaving method, and the light reflection pattern can also be changed by changing the number and arrangement of irregularly shaped wires without changing the weaving method.
