完全ネジ部1aを永くとれば良いのだが寸法的
には、又、加工的に、制約を持ち、携帯中の各
種の応力的ユルミに対処しきれるものでもない
のが現状である。又、仮りに不完全ネジ部1a
を大きくし、トルクを大きくした場合、ドライ
バーにてドライバー溝1cを介して操作するこ
とになるので、携帯時計用バンドであることか
ら小さくて損しようの危険が有り信頼性が低い
し、作業者への大きな負担になり、ケイ腕とい

は駒間の連結に取付ネジを使用しないため、ネジ

られ且つ、バンドの長さ調整も簡単に行え、又、
接着剤によるユルミ防止行為も施かさないですむ
ため作業環境の低下を防止し、作業効率、品質の
向上も著しい。又、本考案の駒の製造に関して述
べるなら、従来の駒加工の比ベネジ切りの下穴加
工、メネジ切りが不用となり、単に、大径、小径
の一対の通し穴加工で良く、しかも前記大径の通
し穴がバンドの両側にあるようにしたから、ピン
抜け防止のパイプを最後に組み込めばよく、組立
の自動化をはかることができ、安価に歩留り向上
となる等の効果を有するものである。
