Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1、ラベル本体の裏面に、粘着剤層、貼着用基材、貼着
剤層及び剥離紙を順次重合し、或は必要に応じ、該粘着
剤層と貼着用基材との間に中間基材を介在させて重合し
て成るラベルにおいて、該ラベル本体の1側に余端部を
延長突設して成るラベル。 2、該貼着用基材は合成樹脂塗膜又は成形シートから成
る特許請求の範囲1項に記載のラベル。 3、該中間基材は、合成樹脂塗膜又は成形シートから成
る特許請求の範囲1項に記載のラベル。 4、(a)帯状ラベル本体の裏面に、その幅方向の中間
に1側に偏位してその長さ方向に延びる非粘着帯部とそ
の両側に細幅と広幅の粘着剤層とを設け、これらの粘着
剤層にまたがりその裏面に仮貼着された帯状剥離紙とか
ら成る帯状ラベル素材を用意すること、 (b)該帯状剥離紙に、前記の非粘着帯部の1側の広幅
の粘着剤層の内側縁に沿つて切込み線を施して該帯状剥
離紙を2つの細幅と広幅の帯状剥離紙に分割すること、 (c)該帯状ラベル素材の1側の広幅の粘着剤層に貼着
されている広幅条の剥離紙を除去して、その露出した該
粘着剤層に、別個に用意した1方の面に貼着剤層と剥離
紙とを備え他方の面に必要に応じ中間基材を備えて成る
帯状貼着用素材をその他方の面で重合貼着すること、 (d)該帯状ラベル素材の帯状ラベル本体の他側、即ち
、他側の帯状貼着用素材が重合していない側において、
その非粘着帯部においてダイカットし、該重合体の側面
を越えて側方に突出するラベル本体の余端部を形成する
と共にその帯状重合体を所定形状の多数のラベルに形成
し、次でその不要部のカス上げを行なうことを特徴とす
るラベルの製造法。 5、該非粘着帯部は、ラベル本体の裏面に粘着剤を塗布
しないことにより設けられる特許請求の範囲4項に記載
の製造法。 6、該非粘着帯部は、ラベル本体の裏面に塗布した粘着
剤層の表面に剥離剤などの非粘着剤を塗布することによ
り設けられる特許請求の範囲4項に記載の製造法。 7、該帯状剥離紙の厚さは、帯状貼着用素材の厚さと略
同一である特許請求の範囲4項に記載の製造法。
