ガス燃焼器具のバーナの異常燃焼検知装置に関す
るものである。

ス用の熱電対と安全弁用の熱電対を組合せて熱起
電力を相殺消去せしめるものはすでに提案されて
いるが、この考案は逆バイアス用熱電対をメイン
バーナ炎口の一部を覆つて設けた火災案内板の近
傍に一定の間隙を存して設置したことによりその
検知を鋭敏、確実として安全性の向上を図つたも
のである。

導くようにしている。火災案内板2は実施例のよ
うにメインガスバーナAの炎口壁の一部を延長し
て一体形成するほか、別体のもので形成してもよ
い。3は火災案内板2の一側、つまり、火災案内
板2によつて導かれるバーナ火炎a,bの側でメ
インガスバーナAの側壁から水平方向に一定の間
隙cを存して設置せしめた逆バイアス用熱電対で
あつて、ガス燃焼器具に組込まれている安全弁用
の熱電対(図示せず)と逆極性に接続するもので
ある。なお、逆バイアス用熱電対3はメインガス
バーナAが正常に燃焼しているときは二次空気流
の影響を受けて火災案内板2によつて導かれたバ
ーナ火炎aが変形して上方に屈折し直接加熱され
ず、異常燃焼時にだけ伸長変化するバーナ火炎b
で加熱されるような位置に設置するものである。
また、火災案内板2は第3図に示すようにその先
端が炎口1より長く突出しているか、2個の炎口
1,1にまたがつている幅寸法となしても良い。

詰りによる異常燃焼時は排ガスCO/CO2=0.01
の時で、15.0mVとなつた。なお、酸欠状態にお
いても同様である。
