Abstract

PURPOSE:To simply and surely execute the winding of a rolling medium by mounting a lead part projecting from an aperture for incorporation and a lead part projecting from an aperture for ejection on both end parts of a leading medium arranged in the path for the medium so as to carry the form. CONSTITUTION:When a cartridge 11 is mounted on a recording medium, a paper feeding axis leader 17 connected to the head edge of rolled microcapsule paper 6 before used projects from a paper feeding slit 17a and a paper discharging axis leader 18 connected to a paper discharging axis 13 projects from a paper discharging slit 18a. The paper discharging side in a microcapsule paper 6 which is left at the time of unloading an old cartridge from a device main body is connected to a paper discharging axis leader 18 and a paper feeding side is connected to a paper feeding leader 17. If driving force is given to the paper discharging axis 13 so as to execute winding, the edge part of the rolled microcapsule paper 6 is drawn out from the paper feeding slit 17a of the cartridge 11 and the rolled microcapsule paper 6 is mounted to the path for the form. Thus, the cartridge can be easily mounted in the recorder.

[Prior Art] Recording devices that conventionally use this type of cartridge include, for example, photographic developing devices and microfilm printers, which irradiate a document with light and use the transmitted or reflected light to print photosensitive recording paper. The photosensitive recording paper is exposed to light, and the exposed photosensitive recording paper is developed to form a subject image on the recording paper. However, in this type of apparatus, since a predetermined chemical is used to develop the photosensitive recording paper after exposure, the structure of the developing device becomes complicated. Therefore, in recent years, a copying apparatus has been proposed which uses a negative light pressure recording paper which carries on its surface microcapsules in which a dye precursor is encapsulated and which is hardened by light (for example, Japanese Patent Application No. 73952/1983). In this device, after exposing the photosensitive pressure recording paper to light, the photosensitive pressure recording paper is pressed using a pressure roller or the like to destroy the unhardened microcapsules, which are then encapsulated within the microcapsules. A subject image can be formed on the photosensitive pressure sensitive recording paper or transfer sheet by simply flowing out the dye precursor and reacting with the color developer coated on the photosensitive pressure sensitive recording paper or other transfer sheet. can be easily configured. However, when handling this recording paper, the microcapsules of photosensitive and pressure-sensitive recording paper are easily destroyed by external force, so you must be careful when handling it. When used, there are problems such as poor operability when setting the recording paper in the recording apparatus, and a complicated recording paper conveyance device.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In order to solve these problems, the applicant invented the use of a roll of photosensitive and pressure sensitive recording paper, but first the roll paper was placed in a recording device. There is a problem when installing it. In other words, the leading end of the roll paper had to be pulled out and passed through the exposure section and the pressure fixing section, which required a lot of effort. [Object of the Invention] The present invention was made to solve these problems. The purpose is to provide a method for attaching a cartridge that can easily attach the cartridge to the recording device without having to pass the leading edge of the roll paper through the recording device.

A roll of microcapsule paper 6 is wound around a paper feed shaft 12 and a paper discharge shaft 13 of the cartridge 11. When not in use, the cartridge 11 includes a paper feed shaft leader 17 connected to the leading end of the roll recording paper 6, and a paper discharge shaft leader 1 connected to a paper discharge shaft 13 and extending from the cartridge 11 to the outside.
8. At this time, the paper feed shaft leader 17 is connected to the paper feed shaft 12 of the cartridge and protrudes from the paper feed port 17a of the cartridge. In FIG. 1, a light source 2 illuminates an original 1, and the reflected light passes through a lens 3 and exposes a microcapsule paper 6 on an exposure table 4. Thereafter, the color developer paper 10 is taken out from the color developer paper cassette 7, and is overlapped with the microcapsule paper 6 and passed through the pressure fixing roller 5.
An image is formed on a color developing paper 10, which is then glossed with a heat fixing roller 6 and output. Therefore, when the paper feed shaft 12 and the paper discharge shaft 13 are rotated by a drive means (not shown), the microcapsule paper wound around the paper feed shaft 12 is sequentially wound around the paper discharge shaft 13.

FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing the state when the rolled microcapsule paper 6 is used up, and the microcapsule paper 6 is completely used.
The recording paper 6 wound around the paper feed shaft 12 is no longer used. As shown in FIG. 3, a pair of separable joints such as perforations 20 and 21 are formed near the cartridge 11 in the microcapsule paper 6 protruding from the cartridge 11, and the perforations 20.2
1 is preset so as to correspond to the length in which the exposure table 4 and the pressure fixing roll 5 are routed through the paper path. When the perforations 20 and 21 are cut away, the rolled microcapsule paper 6 remains in the passage path. Then, the used cartridge is removed from the main body A of the apparatus. Next, a new rolled microcapsule paper cartridge is attached to this recording device. When a cartridge like the one shown in FIG. 2 is attached to a recording device, the paper feed shaft leader 17 connected to the leading edge of the rolled microcapsule paper 6 before use protrudes from the paper feed port 17a, and the paper discharge port A paper discharge shaft lever 18 connected to the paper discharge shaft 13 protrudes from 18a. The paper ejection side of the microcapsule paper 6 that remained when the old cartridge was removed from the main body of the device is inserted into the paper ejection shaft leader 18.
, and connect the paper feed side to the paper feed leader 17. By doing this, the paper feed shaft leader 17 and paper ejection shaft leader 18 of the new cartridge can be connected to the remaining rolled microcapsule paper 6.
After that, by applying a driving force to the paper ejection shaft 13 and winding it up, the tip of the rolled microcapsule paper 6 will be guided by the microcapsule paper 6 remaining in the path, and the tip of the rolled microcapsule paper 6 will reach the paper feed port of the cartridge 11. The rolled microcapsule paper 6 is pulled out from 17a and installed in the paper path.

゛ In the above-mentioned embodiments, the paper feed shaft and the paper ejection shaft are formed in an integrated cartridge, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the paper feed shaft and the paper ejection shaft are formed in separate cartridges. Alternatively, the lead medium left in the paper path may be attached to the recording device in advance.

[Effects of the Invention] As explained above, according to the present invention, a lead portion protruding from the intake opening and a lead portion protruding from the ejection opening are provided at both ends of the lead medium disposed in the medium path provided in the recording device. The roll medium is routed within the recording apparatus by transporting the roll medium. This not only makes the handling of the roll medium very easy, but also ensures that it is carried out reliably.
