面には使つていくにつれて成型時にバリが生じる
のが普通である。従つて、第2図の如くケースの
装着面側に金型割面5が位置するような場合、第
3図に示すように金型割面に生じたバリ6の存在
により、録音再生ヘツド2に消去ヘツド1を装着
したとき両者が完全に密着できなくなり、消去ヘ
ツド1のケースに傾きが生じ、録音再生ヘツド2
と消去ヘツド1との間の位置関係が不良となる。
このような不都合を除去するため、通常はこのよ
うなバリをケース成型後除去している。しかし、
バリ取り作業そのものは自動機にかけるか手作業
により除去するかしなければならず、手間のかか
るものであつた。
