【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、磁気コアーが挿入されるコアー挿
入溝を備えた磁気ヘツドのコアーホルダに関す
る。一般に、磁気ヘツドはテープなどの記録媒体
と磁気コアーとの間に相対的な位置精度の正確さ
が要求される。このため従来から第1図に示すよ
うに磁気コアー1をコアーホルダ2のコアー挿入
溝3に挿入嵌合し適宜固定するなどの手段により
磁気ヘツドにおける磁気コアー1の位置を正確に
規制してきた。しかし、磁気コアー1は薄板をプ
レス加工した後積層して作成されるのが通例であ
りそのプレス加工時に発生するプレスのかえり又
はダレなどの抜きバリ(以下バリと称する)を伴
うことは遺憾ながら避けることはできないもので
ある。一方コアーホルダ2の鋳造に際しても各所
に鋳バリが発生する。磁気コアー1をコアー挿入
溝3に挿入嵌合するに際して、上記磁気コアー1
のバリやコアーホルダ2の鋳バリが存在すると、
これらのバリのために磁気コアー1とコアー挿入
溝3の相互の位置ずれが生じやすくなる。このよ
うにして生じた位置ずれが存在するままに、磁気
コアー1を無理に挿入嵌合しようとすると磁気コ
アー1に変形を生じ、ひいては磁気コアー1の透
磁率などの磁気特性が、劣化するなどの欠点があ
つた。

3の上方に面した端縁で且つコアーホルダ40の
底面部42と平行をなす端縁に設けた面取り部4
4が挿入嵌合に際して、ガイドの役割を果たすこ
とができるので、磁気コアー1を円滑に挿入嵌合
することができ、磁気コアー1に変形などの生ず
る欠点を解消することができた。しかし、コアー
挿入溝43の後方部45では、磁気コアー1の後
部11に嵌挿されるコイルボビン(図示せず)の
スペースが必要なためにコアー挿入溝43は浅く
形成されているが、上記のようにコアー挿入溝4
3の上方に面した端縁で且つコアーホルダ40の
