法が好んで使用されている。(B) Prior Art Various types of so-called plastic canvases using synthetic resin monofilament are already known, and their joints, that is, the means for joining the canvas bodies in an endless manner, are also joined by, for example, the warp threads of the canvas bodies. Methods such as forming a loop, planting a metal hook, or fixing a spiral wire are commonly used. These joining methods are selected taking into consideration the threads and structure that make up the canvas body, but for plastic canvas, the preferred method is to form joining loops with warp threads, or to fasten spiral wires. It is used.

Because of this, it is not possible to form joining loops using polypropylene monofilament warp yarns, and the joining method relies on metal hooks, which inevitably causes seam marks and dry spots. was.

A polyester monofilament is inserted as a warp thread 3 at the center of the direction, that is, between the front and back weft threads 2, 2 to form a canvas main body 4.A desired number of weft threads 2 are removed from both ends of the canvas main body 4, and then the warp thread 1 is inserted. is folded back to form the end of the canvas main body 4, and the warp core thread 3 extending from the end of the canvas main body 4 is given a tissue crimp to form a joining loop 5, and then the free end of the warp core thread 3 is folded back. is sewn into the tissue of the canvas body 4, thus creating a dryer canvas in which a joining loop 5 made of polyester monofilament is formed at the end of the canvas body 4.

好都合である。 As described above, when forming the joining loop 5 using the warp core yarn 3 of polyester monofilament, the warp core is connected to the warp core by a crimper 8 equipped with a heater 6 and interlocking protrusions 7, as shown schematically in FIG. By forming a wave-shaped crimp equivalent to that of the warp threads 1 at the free ends of the threads 3 and then wrapping them into the tissue of the canvas body 4, it is possible to accurately sew the threads along the warp threads 1 of the canvas body 4. This is convenient because the smoothness of the front and back surfaces of the main body 4 is not impaired.

効果を発揮する。(e) Effect of the invention As described above, the dryer canvas for papermaking according to the invention has a polyester monofilament in the center in the thickness direction of the canvas body, which is organized into a weft multiple weave using polypropylene monofilaments for the warp and weft. The warp threads are inserted in a straight line and extended to both ends of the canvas body, and after the extended warp threads are crimped, they are folded back and sewn into the canvas structure to form a joining loop or joining spiral. Since the wire is formed with a loop for fastening the wire, the joint part of the polypropylene monofilament canvas can be separated from the metal hook and used as a loop joint or a spiral wire joint with the same thickness and air permeability as the canvas body. The advantages of polypropylene monofilament canvas, such as its excellent moisture and heat durability, stain resistance, and running stability, are utilized, and the polyester monofilament warp thread prevents the canvas body from elongating during use. It has practical beneficial effects such as:
