- キヤリアガス供給路にキヤリアガス調圧弁、試
料注入部、分離カラム及び検出器をこの順に備え
た酸素分析計において、キヤリアガス調圧弁と試
料注入部との間のキヤリアガス供給路に、キヤリ
アガス中の酸素量を所定量に調節するためのパー
ミユエーシヨンチユーブを介設したことを特徴と
する酸素分析計。
