記他方の磁極の影響下に移るタイミングを示す第
１出力信号を出力する第１出段と、レベル比較動
作にヒステリシス特性を有するレベル比較回路を
含み前記検出信号に応答して前記磁界の状態が前
記他方の磁極の影響下から前記一方の磁極の影響
下に移るタイミングを示す第２出力信号を出力す
る第２手段と、前記第１及び第２出力信号に応答
し前記一方及び他方のタイミングの発生毎にパル
スを出力する出力手段とを備えて成ることを特徴
